How to fix Securiser app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Securiser app on iPhone
Update Securiser app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Securiser iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Securiser on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Securiser network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Securiser Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Securiser not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Securiser App
1. On android, goto Settings » Securiser » click [Force Stop]

Update Securiser to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Securiser App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Securiser » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Securiser.

Fix Securiser unable to contact server/ Securiser internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Securiser » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Securiser » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Securiser
