The NBC App Status

some shows shows the prompt error has occurred please try again later but i can hear the show playing.

NBC app keeps kicking me off every 1-2 minutes. Have to log in and try to forward to what I have seen and kicks me off again. What the hell. I signed in to a NBC Universal profile and have credits! Why is it not allowing me to watch??

For the last few weeks, the NBC app on both of my Roku devices shuts down at the top of every hour. That's right...precisely at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00...etc. The app works fine on my iPad and Vizio Smart TV. I have tried uninstalling the app, rebooting the Roku, and reinstalling the app. I can't find any settings to control this. Seriously annoying.

While trying to watch a show, the app keeps kicking me out every 2-3 minutes and then the app reloads and does it again. I then have to rewatch a commercial. Commercials play fine.

When I try to watch the app I keep getting a message that says the parental controls are not working and to try again later. This is really getting annoying as each time a new show comes on the darn app stops working and throws that same message up across the screen. Please do better with this app

The app will not stream live content if not on Wi-Fi. It has content from Boston and I’m in Chicago. I get this error message. Something has gone wrong. Please try restarting the app and live streaming again

Why am I paying for a provider when I cannot watch any shows??? No videos will play. This issue has occurred 3x in the last year, minimum!! Please explain why I should pay for a provider when no videos will play??? Also I see that you will not let me keep reviewing on Google! What a racket!! No updated reviews allowed, when this problem keeps occurring. I don't know who your tech service is, but it is not effective, pay some money for a real tech service!!!
