Force Stop the FlexTV App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FlexTV app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FlexTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FlexTV App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FlexTV app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FlexTV.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:
