How to fix NUGPay app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NUGPay app on iPhone
Update NUGPay app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NUGPay iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NUGPay on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NUGPay network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix NUGPay not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NUGPay app issues:

Force Stop the NUGPay App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NUGPay app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NUGPay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NUGPay App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NUGPay app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NUGPay.

Fix NUGPay unable to contact server/ NUGPay internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NUGPay » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NUGPay » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NUGPay on android.
