I tried to withdraw my Fund (16,254 USDT) but it was frozen on the grounds that I would have to make 16,000 USDT in deposit to be able to withdraw my full balance. I have already deposited approximately 12,000 USDT and They asked for a deposit of 5,500 USDT more to release the full withdrawal, this is totally illegal. How do I realize know my money? Because all the value is frozen and the customer service is not Do you give me another option?
