I love afriland but for a bank y’all gotta do better hire more tech guys to fix SARABYAFRILANDCAMEROON . A lot of functionalities ain’t working you can’t even check exchange rates anymore . A lot of services in there are obsolete!!! . Sometimes I fear y’all system gets hacked cause the source code is lackey

Comment expliquez vous l’argent II disparaît dans les comptes? Pour se connecter il faut faire une prière divine. Comment avec votre rang vous n’arrivez pas à concevoir une application digne de ce nom, capable de gérer la montée de charges; avec tous les talents que vous possédez.

I have an active account , but keeps denying my ID document and account number on their app when I try to open an account, poor app

L’application plante beaucoup trop. Malgré les multiples plaintes, le service client ne réagit pas. Depuis une semaine, impossible de me connecter à mon compte

This online banking app I have used is the most useless I have ever come across, and the bank itself is equally useless. Firstly, I applied for a prepaid card on November 1st, 2022, and your bank assured me that I would receive the card within two weeks. However, it has now been more than 6-7 months, and I still haven't received the card that I paid for. Every time I visit the bank to inquire about the card, they keep telling me to come back later, and your customer service representatives are extremely unfriendly and rude in their responses. 🤬🤬😡

Secondly, whenever I attempt to withdraw money using the mobile banking app, it consistently fails and prompts me to try again later. I deeply regret choosing to bank with your institution. It seems that no effort is being made to rectify this situation, so I will give it a few more months. If no improvements are made, I will be compelled to discontinue my banking services with your bank.🤬🤬

Bugs pour se connecter, bug pour consulter le solde, bug pour faire un transfert avec des « something went wrong » ou alors « unexpected response from the servers ». « Operation bancaire non disponible » etc
S’il vous plaît trouvez une solution.

Depuis que j’ai téléchargé l’application elle n’a jamais fonctionné.
J’ai déjà contacté le service après ventes sans retour! Je suis dépassé!

Svp trouvez une solution, comment faire sortir une application qui ne fonctionne pas du tout, impossible de faire toute transaction. Encore pire que la précédente

SARABYAFRILANDCAMEROON is as good as no app

You guys are not serious at all. This is a new app yet it’s been saying ‘Server down’ for the past two days?
We have been unable to use the previous Sara app for 3weeks now.
Why aren’t y’all serious 🙄🙄🙄

Much can be done. You basically cannot even login on IOS.

Too often the application is down. This application needs significant improvement.

It is shocking it is the case for banking application. I simply can’t do anything with this and being overseas this is very frustrating. I will change bank to go to Access bank just because of SARABYAFRILANDCAMEROON

I could have given it a 0 star if it was possible. Account information not accessible sometimes, constantly being updated. Unreliable!!! Won’t be surprise if SARABYAFRILANDCAMEROON exposes customers to hackers.

I cannot believe they would release an app that simply does not work!!! And this is the 1st bank of Cameroon??? What a shame!!!
The old app had a lot of problems, unreliable transaction history. This new app has shown server errors since the start! How can they upgrade to something worse?

I will like to see my full accounts transaction details. This should be the simplest thing digital technology today. The transaction details does not appear clearly. Sometimes you only see ATM transactions. At other times you do not see account credit transactions.

Second the loan balance does not appear. That is also erratic. Online banking platform should be able to give you live experience so you can manage your account.

I don’t expect these kind of shortcomings from a bank like Afriland

A chaque fois un message d'erreur apparait ("invalid token", or " external service error") apres avoir validé le OTP pour confirmer les transferts . Tres frustrant !

Actually i really appreciate the developers of the Afriland app, looks like they fired the grand father developer and employed a youth, SARABYAFRILANDCAMEROON looks competitive now and so interesting… Looking at your account balance feels safer now 🥰🥰🥰

Finalement nous avons une nouvelle application Sara qu’il semble plus jolie et plus performante que la précédente.

SARABYAFRILANDCAMEROON has been getting better everyday. New functionalities are added regularly and most of bugs are being eliminated.
With SARABYAFRILANDCAMEROON I don’t have to use call box to transfer money anymore. The connectivity with Orange Money and MTN Money is very good.
Love it.
