How to fix trainingGrid app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the trainingGrid app on iPhone
Update trainingGrid app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall trainingGrid iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix trainingGrid on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve trainingGrid network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix trainingGrid not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the trainingGrid App
1. On android, goto Settings » trainingGrid » click [Force Stop]

Update trainingGrid to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear trainingGrid App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » trainingGrid » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart trainingGrid.

Fix trainingGrid unable to contact server/ trainingGrid internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click trainingGrid » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto trainingGrid » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
