ABC mouse isn’t working on my iPad mini 2 tablet it goes to a yellow screen then boots me out it has been 2 weeks now so frustrating

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ABCmouse app issues:

Force Stop the ABCmouse App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ABCmouse app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ABCmouse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ABCmouse App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ABCmouse app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ABCmouse.

Fix ABCmouse unable to contact server/ ABCmouse internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ABCmouse » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ABCmouse » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
