How to fix ABCmouse app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ABCmouse app on iPhone
Update ABCmouse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ABCmouse iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ABCmouse on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ABCmouse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ABCmouse Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ABCmouse not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ABCmouse App
1. On android, goto Settings » ABCmouse » click [Force Stop]

Update ABCmouse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ABCmouse App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ABCmouse » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ABCmouse.

Fix ABCmouse unable to contact server/ ABCmouse internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ABCmouse » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ABCmouse » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ABCmouse
