Very poor service , doesn’t work at all

I m unable to install NayaPay as it is saying it cannot be installed on jailbroken device while I have genuine ios installed

App not wokring on IOS 16.4.1. After downloading NayaPay when I tried to open it.. this app app not loading ,,freezes at this app logo.

Crashes when i try to authenticate.

I don’t recommend the this app app to anyone. It’s quite expensive for online payments.

They are so greedy that they will even charge you for something like this. Absolute trash!

Very very poor network. I did 2 transaction from my card i lost my money recpiet also not recieve money. Kindly dont use it

App does not verify my correctly written information, says info doesn’t match with NADRA records despite the information being 100% accurate

I have registered the account 2 weeks ago, today I wanted to provide my CNIC number to activate the account and deposit some money but it didn’t work. I clicked the forgot ID and then forgot password by providing my cell number but in vain.

This is the first time I am using NayaPay, and I must say what a pathetic app and what a pathetic customer support these guys have.

I got issue in my first ever transaction and the support tram is unhelpful. They kept me waiting for half an hour and after that gave an automated response.

to day i open account successfully but i am not login yet he asked me the id and password combination is not correct how possible
i am so upset tonight any one helps me
i already emailed the details show naya pah teem

I’m one of the earliest this app users, but I have to leave it behind as the company does not allow a change in phone number. My previous phone number is unavailable and there is nothing I can do about it. I am just disappointed and sad, because I really valued their service but they don’t have a fix for this problem.

Why there’s no electric bill option for Faisalabad, it’s the 3rd largest city by population?
