Pathetic app and customer support

This is the first time I am using this app, and I must say what a pathetic app and what a pathetic customer support these guys have.
I got issue in my first ever transaction and the support tram is unhelpful. They kept me waiting for half an hour and after that gave an automated response.
Login Difficulty

I have registered the account 2 weeks ago, today I wanted to provide my CNIC number to activate the account and deposit some money but it didn’t work. I clicked the forgot ID and then forgot password by providing my cell number but in vain.
