At 8pm EST, I’m unable to claim routes when I try to claim I get a message that reads “Your route could not be claimed” and the entire offer list disappears, TWICE! And I know I’m not deactivated. Now there’s obviously no more routes left as it’s now 8:37pm. I swear to god this app is the F*cking Worst! Its always something!

Camera within app whites out pics.. overexposure nearly impossible to take pics in sunlight. Regular version. Beta is same but a little better. This has been happening about four updates back

The app continues to crash at least 20 times per route. I have a Samsung A52 (Android 11.0 os). Rebooted phone, checked for updates, uninstalled & reinstalled app, changed network from 5g to 3g/4g to no avail. Also freezes while trying to choose routes. Please help.

How to fix Veho app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Veho app on iPhone
Update Veho app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Veho iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Veho on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Veho network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Veho Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Veho not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Veho App
1. On android, goto Settings » Veho » click [Force Stop]

Update Veho to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Veho App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Veho » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Veho.

Fix Veho unable to contact server/ Veho internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Veho » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Veho » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Veho
