I received a text message stating my shipment of food from Factor would be delivered between 2:05pm and 5:05pm. It is now 9:47pm, and I have not received my order yet. This was my first time using Factor, and I was looking forward to it to help with making meals easier. However, this app has ruined the experience, and I will now cancel factor first thing tomorrow, since I see how unreliable the service is. I have reached out several times, only to be told the order was out for delivery, which I could obviously see that, but no one took the time to contact the driver to find out timely information. This has been by far one of the worst delivery experiences ever! 😡🤬
