The only reason I even accepted the offer was because I needed it for a loan. I was told I could stop at any time. I’ve been trying to get out of this protection from the start. But when I uploaded IdentityIQ . There was nothing to do. It was just a screen of IdentityIQ . No where to login to nowhere to follow and see what the ap is doing for me. I’ve deleted IdentityIQ three times hoping I could get into it or be able to turn it off. I don’t want IdentityIQ/account right now. I may want it later when I have the money. But for right now I would like to get out of IdentityIQ /account.

I’ve had IdentityIQ for well over a year now. I’ve talked to an agent and cancelled through multiple reverted calls. I just got a bill for not able to process for the month when I’ve clearly cancelled! Don’t use IdentityIQ!

They registered me in IdentityIQ for check my credit and right now I have subscription, I can’t cancel it, cause app says me u should call us, but nobody answered on the phone and I can’t cancel this subscription

I was encouraged to download IdentityIQ by trinity credit repair. I’m not sure how accurate the scores are I’m really curious to know just how accurate my credit score is because Experian app says something totally different

I strongly advise against signing up for this organization’s services, as they continuously withdraw money from your account, and cancellation is not an option. The only solution is to cancel your credit card.

I want to cancel the subscription but there is not picking up the phone call. And there have no option to close or cancel the subscribe.

Only way they can’t make money is by giving you a trial for one dollar then only letting you cancel the trial by phone then they never answer the phone. There’s better companies for cheaper, don’t go with this one.

$30 a month. After I canceled on February03; I am charged $18. Customer Service on phone blaming “someone log into account”. It has been canceled, there should not been charge to my account! They refund my $18 and requested to remove my information and the lady confirmed for refund . on march05; afterward, charged me again $18!

You can not cancel unless you sit on the phone with a person trying to upgrade your account, scare you, get you to stay, etc.
More importantly, There are no benefits to this service, they will tell you fake threats on your identity, their credit monitoring is slow updating.
Nothing that a free service can’t provide. Stay away.

Rip off does nothing and you can’t even cancel your paid plan you have to call them and wait forever

Currently been with IQ for 1 month now almost 2. I’ve been trying to upgrade my plan to the $29.99 monthly. There’s no way I can do so on IdentityIQ . To avoid calling customer service, you guys should babe a way for upgrade/ updating through app. I thought about leaving just for inconvenience. Overall it’s a good app, just needs to be more detailed.

I wish they had a lock and unlock function of the ssn on IdentityIQ .

So far, I’m happy with IdentityIQ ! It’s user-friendly, and it’s easy to review my credit scores.

IdentityIQ is awesome! I applied for a new cell phone plan and got the alert for a new application in my name in literally seconds after they put it through at the store.

I love IdentityIQ! I was able to check my credit utilization percentage and my scores. Once my credit increased I got an alert! Super helpful.

Great app and gives me real time alerts! Would recommend.

IdentityIQ has been great to see all of my credit information. It is super easy to use and the alerts are super fast. Great peace of mind.

There are so many credit score and monitoring products available but none are as good as this one! They send credit monitoring and identity theft alerts so fast. Definitely worth it!

Crazy how fast the alerts were. I was in the process of buying a car and got alerted the second they ran my credit. I feel so safe knowing that I’ll get an alert at any time if someone try’s to steal my info.

this app’s new app is excellent! I get all of the website features in a clean and easy to use app. It’s easy to quickly view my credit scores from the 3 bureaus and also check any new credit & identity notifications.
