YOU DID NOTHING FOR ME AT ALL. THE APP IS USELESS. IF I SEE ANOTHER CHARGE, I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB AND THE FTC AND WILL EVEN GET A LAWYER IF NEED BE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR RUNNING SCAM BUSINESS AND TAKING MONEY FROM THE PEOPLE WHO THINK YOU ARE WORTH PAYING. I WILL CERTAINLY BE TELLING OTHERS WHO HAVE JOINED THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS EXACTLY WHO WHAT YOU DO. My checking account with Capital One was charged $29.87 twice in the last couple of days. I want you to reimburse me for the second bogus transaction immediately!

The only reason I even accepted the offer was because I needed it for a loan. I was told I could stop at any time. I’ve been trying to get out of this protection from the start. But when I uploaded the app. There was nothing to do. It was just a screen of the app. No where to login to nowhere to follow and see what the ap is doing for me. I’ve deleted the app three times hoping I could get into it or be able to turn it off. I don’t want this app/account right now. I may want it later when I have the money. But for right now I would like to get out of the app/account.

You can not cancel unless you sit on the phone with a person trying to upgrade your account, scare you, get you to stay, etc.
More importantly, There are no benefits to this service, they will tell you fake threats on your identity, their credit monitoring is slow updating.
Nothing that a free service can’t provide. Stay away.

$30 a month. After I canceled on February03; I am charged $18. Customer Service on phone blaming “someone log into account”. It has been canceled, there should not been charge to my account! They refund my $18 and requested to remove my information and the lady confirmed for refund . on march05; afterward, charged me again $18!
