Can no longer use app because of an older phone. So so horrible that I have to use the website now. Worst ever

I was forced into the new app!! It is harder to see, and harder to navigate! Everything is so small and hard to read. Some things are in a green field which also makes it hard to read. I loved the old version, why mess with this????? It is enough to make me close my account there. I don’t see how I can navigate between my funds and manage them without calling the bank each time!!!!

The fact that this couldn’t have just been an update is wildly inconvenient. I had to download a brand new app and the new one doesn’t even work. The old app worked fine and now I’m having issues getting into my account. If I could give 0 stars I would

Very difficult to have a business account with this app. They have only very limited way to fund the account and if you’re from out of town it’s almost impossible for the first several months since they don’t accept mobile deposits. Other banks with business accounts allow Zelle, but this app does not.

I have been a member with this app for years and have always enjoyed their user friendly app. So nice to open Altana and see all of your accounts, balances, and due payments. Now Altana is difficult to navigate and cluttered. Also difficult for people with poor eyesight or older individuals to see some of the font due to size and color. Very disappointed with this new version and hoping this app will do the right thing when they see how many disappointed customers they have. I believe new features can be added while still retaining the old format.

Not impressed with the security on Altana . I can literally log out and when prompted for my code, enter one digit and it opens. Not good!

I like using the mobile app for my online banking but I wish it was usable on other mobile devices like electronic watches. I can’t always get to my phone but would like the balance when I order at a restaurant to use Apple Pay for example. I feel app needs more features.

This process was easy to follow and submit. I appreciate the convenience and that it’s available 24/7. Thank you, this app!

This new app looks much nicer than the old app and it’s nice that you can just make accounts from Altana now

We moved from Billings years ago and many things have changed for us but one thing we won’t change is banking at this app. Their customer service is just amazing and it’s so good to be treated as a friend when you call. this app employees have gone above and beyond for us more than once and it is appreciated!

Literally the best credit union they understand that your money is your money and let you control all of it by their awesome app and their atms 10/10 would recommend

I have several banking apps due to different accounts and this app is my favorite. They are great with fraud protection and communication. I like the set up of the homepage - it’s easy to navigate and see everything.

I like Altana , however, I do find it a bit annoying to now having to type in my password each time I want to transfer my son money.

Would love to see us be able to manage our debit cards on Altana to state that we are going on a trip and put in dates and places so that the cards don’t get locked. I believe you had this on the other app.

Came in to get a replacement debit card. Last week I hear of people gettin in and out but I don’t live close to town so I don’t wanna make three bum trips for nothing. How to I get to speak to a teller to access my funds online can’t make payments cuz fraud.. go see les at independence they like Native American business.
