Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyOchsner app issues:

Force Stop the MyOchsner App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyOchsner app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyOchsner to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyOchsner App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyOchsner app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
