go! *Please note: if you are in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, or
West Virginia you will not be able to update to the new app but we are working
to integrate those states. While a donor in one of those states could download
the app, they will not be able to use the app.

Every time I open the AP it flashes and closes. I have removed it and reinstalled rebooted all the usual things and O cannot get the app to work.

for the past 2 weeks, been trying to make an appointment thru the app. each time, i select whole blood, (fine), i select South Hills, (fine), but when I go to pick times, each day, each time it just says NO available appointments. I keep picking days, each one says the same???

Tried to use the app, got on, went to set up an appointment and it shows none available. I tried for 2 weeks out and no time is available, morning, noon, or night??? How can that be? Someone needs to work on and correct.

I cannot sign into my account. Email not found? I’ve been using the same one for 20 years. Frustrating. This happened a few months back then I was able to get in. Now it’s happening again.

I complained 2 months ago and absolutely nothing has been done or changed. I can't login for anything. This app is completely useless as is. Can't even get to a wellness check or make appointments. PLEASE FIX!!! 🤬

I'm having the same problem as Garrett above. The red page shows up to enter username and password which I do and absolutely nothing happens. It worked fine at the end of December when I did my FastTrack, now nothing. Please fix. It's completely useless as is!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and when I open the app I just get a reddish screen with what look like blood cells and nothing else happens. No login. No nothing.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Vitalant app issues:

Force Stop the Vitalant App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Vitalant app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Vitalant to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vitalant App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Vitalant app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Vitalant.

Fix Vitalant unable to contact server/ Vitalant internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Vitalant » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Vitalant » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vitalant on android.
