Constantly says it can't find my account, then when I try again to log in it says my account is suspended. I basically have to change my password every time I try to use it.It is a terrible ap

Every time I open the AP it flashes and closes. I have removed it and reinstalled rebooted all the usual things and O cannot get the app to work.

for the past 2 weeks, been trying to make an appointment thru the app. each time, i select whole blood, (fine), i select South Hills, (fine), but when I go to pick times, each day, each time it just says NO available appointments. I keep picking days, each one says the same???

Tried to use the app, got on, went to set up an appointment and it shows none available. I tried for 2 weeks out and no time is available, morning, noon, or night??? How can that be? Someone needs to work on and correct.

I cannot sign into my account. Email not found? I’ve been using the same one for 20 years. Frustrating. This happened a few months back then I was able to get in. Now it’s happening again.

I complained 2 months ago and absolutely nothing has been done or changed. I can't login for anything. This app is completely useless as is. Can't even get to a wellness check or make appointments. PLEASE FIX!!! 🤬

I'm having the same problem as Garrett above. The red page shows up to enter username and password which I do and absolutely nothing happens. It worked fine at the end of December when I did my FastTrack, now nothing. Please fix. It's completely useless as is!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and when I open the app I just get a reddish screen with what look like blood cells and nothing else happens. No login. No nothing.
