Anytime midway through the video it repeats the same line twice and the screen and when they speak is delayed please fix this problem of yours or I'm afraid I will have to rate it 1 star kind regards Alex Akanni

Update Noor Cinema app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Noor Cinema iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Noor Cinema on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Noor Cinema network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Noor Cinema not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Noor Cinema App
1. On android, goto Settings » Noor Cinema » click [Force Stop]

Update Noor Cinema to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Noor Cinema App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Noor Cinema » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Noor Cinema.

Fix Noor Cinema unable to contact server/ Noor Cinema internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Noor Cinema » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Noor Cinema » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Noor Cinema
