Anytime midway through the video it repeats the same line twice and the screen and when they speak is delayed please fix this problem of yours or I'm afraid I will have to rate it 1 star kind regards Alex Akanni

How to fix Seeker app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Seeker app on iPhone
Update Seeker app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Seeker iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Seeker on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Seeker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Seeker Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Seeker not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Seeker App
1. On android, goto Settings » Seeker » click [Force Stop]

Update Seeker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Seeker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Seeker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Seeker.

Fix Seeker unable to contact server/ Seeker internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Seeker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Seeker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Seeker
