application has so many glitches and issues, it logged out out of a sudden and refused to login again, i had to delete it and install it again, but an error kept showing up that says binding with device failure.
many people face this issue, InstaPayEgypt is an epic fail, even the customer service doesn’t respond.

It doesn’t work every time I try to send an sms message it take to long time to load and eventually it says couldn’t connect I’ve tried everything thing nothing work and I mean EVERY THING

Like the idea .. made an account .. but whenever I try to select a bank the application crashes … uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still that crash .. have no clue what’s wrong with it ! ios 15.4.1… keeps crashing !!! I dunno what’s wrong with you people !! Is it that hard to fix ??!!!

I tried many times to add my bank account but it gives me an error with bank account or mobile number. I did contacted the customer service and they raised a technical issue for me but in vain. They attributed the error for the new iOS update.

Installed it and connected my Egyptian bank account while in Egypt, couldn’t use InstaPayEgypt while I am abroad, what a weird and dumb restriction!!

InstaPayEgypt developer has been giving a canned response to all reviews without fixing the problems in InstaPayEgypt , what a joke!

It looks like a nice service and idea great work too bad i couldn't test it because my bank not listed .... I will change my rank if bank got listed.. Also please add feature to delete instapay account or data for more secure in case someone decided to stop using service Thanks and hope for more improvement and more banks enrolled into your service

Excellent idea. Was unable to test InstaPayEgypt as my bank was not listed. Need to include more banks so we can actually use it.

I can not use InstaPayEgypt ; I am outside Egypt and can not do the login using token as the sent to number is invalid here. Helppppppp

Unfortunately I updated InstaPayEgypt to the new version and now it doesn’t even open InstaPayEgypt .

I can’t open InstaPayEgypt It give me a message “success” then not open at all, although I remove InstaPayEgypt and install it several times without any change CANNOT OPEN ! My phone is iPhone 7 IOS 15.8.2 Kindly advise Thanks

Thank you for such a great initiative. A dream becomes true.

Please consider the following enhancement.

- [BUG]: when I select a bank name, nothing happens. It should open a popup with the required input fields.
- I know you're concerned about security, so you're making sure that InstaPayEgypt is used where the bank account’s phone number is linked this really good for security, nevertheless, it’s pain because what if I’m not in Egypt and not using my main phone with the Egyptian phone number which linked with the bank account? I would suggest finding a better way for this.

Again, thank you so much for your effort, and looking forward to making my first transaction after you fix the early mentioned bug.

Finally transfer money became very easy in Egypt, I’m in love with InstaPayEgypt and I hope more banks to be added to it and participate.

Maybe missing to make payment gateway or add option to pay with instapay

I usually get IPN PIN has been blocked although I'm sure I write the correct and valid PIN, I called customer service and they told me, please tray again after 1 or 2 days and I do this steps but the problem is still not solved.

Love InstaPayEgypt and been waiting for it for so long
