When I downloaded it, i couldn’t verify my phone number due to a bug in the app at night.
In the morning it worked, but I can’t add any account so basically i can’t send or receive any money. there is a bug in the process of adding a new account and it doesn’t even show the error message.
A very simple function of registration is not working properly. If the App is not ready yet, you should not release it to the public. Besides, the TOS make me feel a bit concerned -about security- to use the App. Thanks for the effort anyway!
You can’t register when you’re outside of Egypt even with an Egyptian and registered sim in the bank.
I can only login when I’m in the country otherwise the sms will not be sent.

I’m facing an issue where the app only works on mobile data and not on my Wi-Fi. This is very frustrating, as I can open the app only with mobile data and I can’t access the app when I’m not in Egypt.
Why oh why would something internet based not work when I’m not in Egypt. Internet banking is supposed to be there when I want to do something remotely. Not require that I’m in the country to access something ON THE INTERNET 🤦🏻♂️
The application is not connected when I am not in Egypt. Please remove this security restriction. Thats the idea of having online banking. Is to be able to access it from anywhere

This app works perfectly and I never faced any issues when transferring money. Not sure about the limitations that the app doesn't work outside egypt - but if so, this has to be solved of course. Overall a great app.
