They’re horrible.
Terrible customer service.
They are a bunch of incompetent, computer illiterate, rude people.

It will take a long time to receive the money, and the customer support is also very slow

The fact that you cannot delete your payment information is bizarre to me.

I have sent money through DahabshiilApp, but my family never receive .

I sent money to Uganda/Kambala 07/24. My party was not provided the cash when they went to receive it 07/26. It is my first transaction and not happy with the service

poor service of customer care, they don’t answer phone calls, they don’t get back to people. You can not even track down the money you sent.

Can not change payment method. Can not resend or cancel transaction. Everything appears basic or lower than any app service that is out there.

They take more than a week to verify and I have been using dahabshiil hawala I mean at one of their branch , it seems am getting this 24 notice but unfortunately there is none

Please fix my application

My fiancée tried to send me money through DahabshiilApp, as of today I still haven’t received it. It was supposedly sent out on 9/2, it was supposed to arrive between 4 and 7 hours. It’s been 5. business days still nothing. I contacted my bank as they requested, there are no pending transactions. I would never use DahabshiilApp again.

California is not included in the states option. Pls add them asap

This is horrible & slow when you register & logged in at few minutes later when u logged in back it will ask we will verify you & it will take 24 hours that’s crazy since you’re a member, and also the other problem is when u send money your recipient waits whole day the money to be available not a good customer service since families need their fund right away, I used send money with PAY SII and the money you send is available right away plz fix this is ridiculous.

DahabshiilApp made my money transfer to family and friends very easy. It is easy to set up and easy to use. I don’t have to go to Dahabshil office anymore which saves me time. The money I sent through DahabshiilApp is always delivered accurately and on time.

Tbh this is unbelievable cause by the time I send the money less than 5 seconds the receiver got the money thanks DAHABSHIL I swear got can’t imagine will see this thanks again DahabshiilApp deserves more then 5stars

I used the Dahabshiil app for two year it help a lot when i had emergency , The money is always collected the same day , and the customers service are very helpful and respectful , Thank you to Dahabshiil !

I been using this since they started in the beginning was slow but now when I send money my relatives receives within a minute . Also when I make mistake or have question I talked someone understands the situation and familiar the area
