Money not received

My fiancée tried to send me money through this app, as of today I still haven’t received it. It was supposedly sent out on 9/2, it was supposed to arrive between 4 and 7 hours. It’s been 5. business days still nothing. I contacted my bank as they requested, there are no pending transactions. I would never use this app again.

They take more than a week to verify and I have been using dahabshiil hawala I mean at one of their branch , it seems am getting this 24 notice but unfortunately there is none

Can not change payment method. Can not resend or cancel transaction. Everything appears basic or lower than any app service that is out there.
