I Uninstaller the app because it was having issues when trying to do mobile deposit. Now I can't even re install the app at all.

Close and restart the SOCU app on iPhone
Update SOCU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SOCU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SOCU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SOCU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SOCU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SOCU app issues:

Force Stop the SOCU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SOCU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SOCU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SOCU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SOCU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SOCU.

Fix SOCU unable to contact server/ SOCU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SOCU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SOCU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SOCU on android.
