It won’t let me login
I'm new to Sweepy and sometimes when I click on the app it just sits there and doesn't open.
I downloaded the app on my iphone 13. I chose login with my Apple ID and it does a face scan but nothing after that. It is just like stuck in an endless rotation of trying to login with no error messages.
I have a task which won't allow me to change the frequency. Platform: iPhone with iOS 15.6.1 Steps: 1. I tap the far left icon on the bottom to see the list of rooms 2. I tap on the room to see the list of tasks for that room 3. The problematic task has a grayed out check mark on the right side instead of the color bar. I didn't complete this task today. Also, it does not list the frequency below the "Last cleanup" date like the other tasks on the list have. 4. When I tap on the task and select the gear icon on the far right, the task opens and the Frequency field is not listed as an option in the task. If I open other tasks on the same list, the Frequency option is listed below the Room field. Why can't I edit the Frequency field in this task?
