Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Lefant app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Lefant app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lefant app on iPhone
Update Lefant app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lefant iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lefant on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lefant network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Lefant not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Lefant app issues:

Force Stop the Lefant App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Lefant app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Lefant to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lefant App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Lefant app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Lefant.

Fix Lefant unable to contact server/ Lefant internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Lefant » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Lefant » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lefant on android.
