Barely any support, redundant apps, and confusing setup. The this app Life app is even worse due to bad design, lacking features, and worst of all, it doesn’t have its own Alexa skill. Instead of an exclusive this app skill, it forces you to login using Smart Life. The problem is, I already have Smart Life bulbs so when I try to connect the vacuum to Alexa, it logs me out of the bulbs. Basically, I’m forced to choose if I want to be able to voice control my bulbs or my vacuum, but not both at the same time. Terrible! It needs its own skill. Seems like a ton of these imported smart products share the same apps and what is more confusing is that I have three different logins all for the same app, because the poor design doesn’t consider that issue. Needs to be fixed. Basically unusable at this point. Also, notice all the fake reviews for Lefant in broken English. Such a waste.

Terrible app. I tried many times to create an account, and an error keeps popping up saying I must have at least 6-12 numbers or letters to create an account, no matter what I put in. The makers of Lefant should read all the poor reviews and take the time to fix their app. People will not want to buy their products due to poor customer service.

Horrible app that continues to crash and not operate correctly. Does not connect to Bluetooth via the device and continues to malfunction. After contacting customer service almost a month ago my issue has still not been resolved.

Tried multiple times to create an account using a password that conformed to the requirements, and no matter what I typed, it would not work! It kept saying that my password didn't fit the parameters!

this app F1. App won’t connect. Gets to 60% pairing fairly quick, then slowly makes its way to 85% before ultimately showing that the poring failed. No matter what I do, this is the same end result. App is useless to me at this point if I can’t connect to the vacuum.

I just got this vacuum today and I can’t get pass the password set up. I get an error for characters even when I fill it up with numbers, letters and characters. Useless to connect with Alexa without initial set up

I’ve trying for 2 hours to connect keeps saying my password has to be so many characters etc I’ve done about 25 all ways..this the mos frustrating thing ever…sending back tomorrow!

Lefant won’t even let you create an account and log in so it defeats the purpose of even having this vacuum unless you want to move it around every time you use it.

change my wifi, now my m210b does not connect because it does not work on 5G frequency but the router has two bands, 1 2.4 and the other 5G but the m210b keeps giving error

Doesn’t work on my WiFi so it’s a pain. I just turn it on and let it run randomly. If Lefant worked it would be fine. Cleans well but I purchased it because of back issues but I have to pick it up to get it started so it negates the whole reason I bought it.

I’ll probably give it to a neighbor and buy a better robot.

Lefant is practically inaccessible for blind people who use voiceover on their iPhones. Most of the buttons on Lefant are unlabeled. As a result, the blind user has no idea which element they are interacting with on the screen. I was unable to independently set up this device and had to rely on sided assistance. It is unfortunate because I do like the vacuum cleaner itself.

Won’t allow users to sign up. “Password must be 6 to 12 characters and contain letters or numbers”
….except any password you create doesn’t work and you receive that same error over and over. Almost feels like a phishing app.

The machine works fine in manual mode. But I cannot register Lefant , and I tried both SMS and email registration. What’s the point of offering an app with a login if you can’t create an account to use it?

It's insane you need to send a text to me and obtain my phone number to use your app. Reading the other reviews are accurate that Lefant isn't worth having.

Ran the robot for about 40 minutes until I noticed Lefant started lagging. It maps out your entire house/apartment while it vacuums and I love that feature, but Lefant slows down once the map gets bigger. Hopefully you guys can find a fix for that. Love the product, app needs some work though.

When creating your password don’t use no symbols and it should work.🙂

It is really easy to setup and use! I use it every 2 days and it works nicely and I love that they added a controller in Lefant to control your robot!

When creating your password you must use no symbols and make it 6-12 letters. Worked just fine. I love this robot. I run it at night and wake up to no more dog hair 🥹

Day 1. Idk what people are talking about that they cannot connect or create an account. Takes about 5-10 minutes to do out of the box, just follow the step by step directions. I have two dogs and it has been picking up lots of hair. I empty the bin whenever daily. Takes about a minute out of your day, but saves you minutes out of your day. Take this review as you will, but lots of these 1 star reviews seem due to the incapacity to operate a phone.

Works great, gets the job done for what I need. Works on schedule, not the most complex app, but simple is good for what I need. Great job 👍

Quite pleased so far…
Read over some reviews have to say some people seem quite impatient with the system. The password needing to be 6 to 12 letters or numbers could be spelled out clear meaning don’t put symbols. Phone number is required to create and register, but once all that was completed. Lefant is really cool, allowing you to see where your vacuum has cleaned and other status information about your vacuum.
