I have Lefant Robot vacuum cleaner model M210P it is not charging it has a white flasing light

My Lefant M210 no longer will charge on the charger. I have two of these vacuums so I have two chargers. It will not charge on either . Does it have a rechargeable battery inside and can I try to replace it. i love this vacuum and hate to have it not work. t

Lefant Lindar M2 Pro Mop and Vacuum Purchased July 15, 2025. This is my second unit since the original had a problem right out of the box and was returned and replaced thru Amazon. Purchased 2 times Amazon Order number: Order placed July 15, 2025 Order # 114-0710033-5401864 Current Problem: While it is vacuuming the floor, tile or carpeting, it makes a very loud grinding noise. It comes and goes, but mostly there. Too loud to talk near it. Purchased through Amazon. What can we do to remedy this? We love the unit and how it works. It's a white model. Dirty water from the cleaning tray does not go to the dirty water container. I have cleaned the mop tray and inspected for clogs but none. what could be done to make the dirty water on the tray go into the dirty water container?
Problem with Lefant m2plus mop vac. Fails to self empty. Cannot get Lefant to reply to email for warranty return. Otherwise machine is great. Can no longer self empty robot to charging base
I have an M2 series unit that I like it quite a bit, however lately the battery does not seem to charge fully. The Manual says to contact Lefant for service. I noticed in the manual states that it uses a 19 volt battery. Is that battery exclusively provided by Lefant or can I open it up and replace the rechargeable batteries that are inside? I am experiencing a problem with the self-emptying station of my Lefant LIDAR vacuum and mop. When the vacuum attempts to transfer the collected dust to the station, it makes an unpleasant, extremely loud noise. At the same time, the dust is not emptied into the station as expected — instead, it remains in the main body of the vacuum. Could you please advise on how this issue can be resolved, or let me know if the unit requires service or replacement? Bought it on June 29, 2025. Hardly used.

Barely any support, redundant apps, and confusing setup. The Lefant Life app is even worse due to bad design, lacking features, and worst of all, it doesn’t have its own Alexa skill. Instead of an exclusive Lefant skill, it forces you to login using Smart Life. The problem is, I already have Smart Life bulbs so when I try to connect the vacuum to Alexa, it logs me out of the bulbs. Basically, I’m forced to choose if I want to be able to voice control my bulbs or my vacuum, but not both at the same time. Terrible! It needs its own skill. Seems like a ton of these imported smart products share the same apps and what is more confusing is that I have three different logins all for the same app, because the poor design doesn’t consider that issue. Needs to be fixed. Basically unusable at this point. Also, notice all the fake reviews for this app in broken English. Such a waste.

Terrible app. I tried many times to create an account, and an error keeps popping up saying I must have at least 6-12 numbers or letters to create an account, no matter what I put in. The makers of this app should read all the poor reviews and take the time to fix their app. People will not want to buy their products due to poor customer service.

Doesn’t work on my WiFi so it’s a pain. I just turn it on and let it run randomly. If the app worked it would be fine. Cleans well but I purchased it because of back issues but I have to pick it up to get it started so it negates the whole reason I bought it.
I’ll probably give it to a neighbor and buy a better robot.
