- There is a glitch upon start-up that can be frustrating and requires the app to be closed to fix.

- The promised new games have not been released at the rate advertised, making the $20 upfront payment for access to them seem like false advertising.

- There is a lack of content for the price of the annual subscription, with only a few games available and no new content added since the subscription was purchased. The fact that there are two subscription prices for essentially the same game by the same maker seems like a money grab.
