My 4 year old loves!

My son loves this game but I agree with other users reviews in that it’s frustrating having to explain to him that Hulk isn’t available yet, every time he plays, wound up here in hopes of finding a possible release date for Hulk?

$20 for everything….What??

I am avid this app fan and a supporter. We have at least 40-50 this app sets built and played with. I don’t ever write reviews or complain but alas today I must start… not $20 but annually only one game with little content? I foolishly believed at those prices it was for ALL the Duplo apps. (That is my fault but what you get for the value is the point.) So be warned it’s only Marvel with one day tops of content playability. My 4yr was so excited for 5 mins and then was finished the game. The other Duplo apps are even more expensive. Seriously I will pay premium for a good product but this is ridiculous! Please don’t encourage or endurance this ridiculous money grab. I took a chance and fell for it but you don’t have too.

$20 for what?

There were promises of new games throughout the year and $20 would get you access to all of them as they showed up. They made it sound like you would be getting a deal by paying the $20 up front. It’s almost April now. We’re almost 1/4 of the way through the year. At the rate these “new games” are coming out…I would venture to say this was false advertising. To say I’m frustrated with this is putting it lightly. More than anything I feel like I got swindled and ripped off.

That being said, if LEGO developers are coming across unforeseen difficulties…you should COMMUNICATE with your patreons and offer an extension on the “deal” to make up for it. This has definitely been a huge let down.

Extreme lack of content!

There is an extreme lack of content considering the price that I pay per year. When I first decided to get an annual subscription there were three games on the screen Spider-Man, Captain America, and Hulk that said coming soon. The Hulk has since disappeared and nothing new has been added since I subscribed last December. I thought it would be a nice addition to the other regular Duplo World game that I already bought an annual subscription to. I don’t understand why they are charging two subscription prices at $50 per year when it’s essentially the same game by the same game maker especially with the gross lack of content. I think this app’s money grab is getting a bit ridiculous!

start screen needs work

My child loves the other this app apps so I purchased this one for her to. Everything is great quality just like the other ones except for the splash screen. Having the coming soon Hulk game is extremely frustrating to the kids. LEGO is targeted for very young toddlers and they don’t understand the coming soon notion. She gets extremely frustrated and starts crying because Hulk won’t start and it’s so big on the screen. Please don’t make that so predominant or even remove it for people that have paid the annual subscription already.

Limited games in Spidey and Friends

My 3 year old and I really like the original Duplo games, where there are so many different scenes and things to do for play and had to try out the Marvel games when it became available. Captain America is great with different things he does. However, in Spidey there really isn’t much to do. A puzzle and building blocks. The pizza and balloons station are basically the same thing: the Green Goblin comes and steals the pizza/balloons and Spidey and Friends have to shoot their webs to bring him down; the end. Very disappointing for $5 and what I expect from this app Duplo.

Love the game but no family sharing

My son LOVES this game so I downloaded it on my phone when we were away from home for him to play. Unfortunately, this developer doesn’t allow the one time in-app purchase to be shared through Apple’s family sharing. I’m not paying for it again to put it on the other device my kids use for their games. Having four kids with different devices, I’m not going to purchase a game four different times. I’m not going to purchase anymore this app games until they decide to fix this.

It’s great but cannot share across accounts

My kids share my iPad sometimes to play the regular DUPLO which allows family sharing, but the marvel version appears to not work across family sharing, the kids don’t understand why they cannot play it on the iPad like they can the other one, poor things don’t get it when I say, “LEGO developers didn’t ship consistency in family sharing as a MVP requirement when building marvel; maybe a later version”

What did I spend $20 on?

My 4 year old son loves LEGO for the 10-15 minutes that it takes to play. He, like the others mentioned, gets frustrated when he tries to play hulk and it /still/ isn’t available. I see in the responses the company is mentioning there will be more to do soon and to keep checking back but it’s been months that the hulk has been advertised. There is also little to do game play wise. It is the same repetitive scene in Spidey… Captain America is at least slightly better with a few options of game play. Disappointed and frustrated.

Very little to do

My 3.5 year old can do everything the game offers in like 20 minutes. If I’m expected to pay money it should have more to offer. Green goblin comes and steals things every couple minutes. No variety in villains. Nothing to do but a puzzle while we wait for him to show up again?

He’s also frustrated by the Hulk coming soon as others have stated. But I’m more worried about $5 for very little gameplay. There should be many games to explore in each section.

Awesome release

There is a glitch upon start up where characters are extremely slow / frozen and have to close app to correct it. Think hulk level should of been ready at launch but not a big deal. Hopefully Ironman comes soon as he’s my sons favorite 🙂

By

Incredibly disappointing

After my 4 year old saw the "coming soon" for Hulk (thank you for finally hiding it) for forever and begging me to make it playable, I bought the subscription so we'd have access as soon as it was available. After ages of waiting, we get Hulk! But it's one screen and he essentially does 1 thing (pick up and throw boulders). Why is Hulk even doing this, smashing buildings that are being built?? Weird, disappointing, waste of money.

Hulk

I hate that hulk ad

Great for 3-5 year olds

Simple, engaging and helps your little one learn about process, cause and effect, and order of operations. The future characters will be great treats for my son so that he never gets bored of LEGO .

Marvel Mini

Our sons is about to be 2 in January and adores Spider-Man. So much so that he’s absolutely offended that green goblin took his pizza and has been yelling for the past few minutes in disarray. It’s good. I got the dishes done. Thanks

Got my palms sweatin

This was so difficult how could a child play this game . If amyone has a walk through I could watch that would be great

By

Hopeful

My 3 yr old loves the game but it would be nice to share the content I bought with him thru family sharing

Great App - wish Hulk was ready!

My 3yr old loves LEGO! We purchased Spider-Man and the puzzles are cute. He checks daily if the Hulk game is ready. Are there any date estimates for that release?

By

Did work for a day

My son loved it. I paid to unlock everything and it worked for a few days. Now it just crashes every time I try to open it

What a fun, engaging experience for young children!

I especially love the maze game where Captain Marvel has to get to his shield. The characters are super cute.
