Download not possible, retry not working

My collect app stopped, can't aploud anything, all my music disappeared. Using a Samsung phone.

My app is always syncing and nothing is happening!! My recent pictures I can see and the older ones not anymore why is that? I’ve not deleted them.. and I have tried restarting my phone but that didn’t help either.

Collect not working for several weeks. Won't load photos from my android phone and doesn't appear in "all apps" although it is on Home screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but after I've selected photos from Gallery it takes me back to Collect "add" screen. Advice please.

I have exactly the same problem … when I try to open an image it is giving me an error message. Saying the download failed. Please advise. I have not had this issue in the past

Hi! Whenever I enter the app it just crashes and takes me out. I am not able to use it anymore. I’ve deleted it, redownloaded it, restarted my phone and nothing will make it run normal without crashing.

Can't see the dashboard. After logging in, I see buffering icon and that's it.

When i share my collect app link with someone, they are not able to see any content....just an error with big eye appears that you have shrunk your browser. Please help me to resolve it. I want to share my pictures and data with family and friends

Will not let me upload a song file

The app keeps saying there's an update and when I go to the Play Store, there's no update. (Samsung S22 Ultra)

My all photos are gone from the app. How can I get them back?
