I had a very bad experience with CellFin.. I was trying to add card on CellFin . Though i put my card number app shows minimum 16digit then I’ve counted the number of digits I’ve found all 16 but it’s not taking my card. There are so many problems on this app ios app . Please kindly fix those .
After resetting my phone, can’t login to my this app account, after contacting customer care they says due to an security update each time after resetting or uninstalling CellFin need to go to the bank physically to approve login.
Which is very frustrating, CellFin meant to make the banking system easy but this system made it worse.

if I can't access the account what kind of apps did it launch 😡😡 an OTP comes 10 minutes later is totally ridiculous then when it comes to access it goes back to home I can't access. Request to update apps ASAP🙏🙏🙏
Their all employees are high ages and some of have not proper IT knowledge although they are working under Digital Banking LoL. I just tried to take device approval but they make it complicated and still know i’m out of this app access
The developer or app management section is not knowledgeable! They need lot of time for verification. Still i am waiting 2 weeks but they not verify my account. After add bank account you must need to call the support team. The support team also have limited knowledge or access. They told you wait for another call!
Ibbl has lot of customers. This process is just stupid process for digital banking. Just waste time.

Waiting for CellFin so badly as iPhone is my go-to device, immediately installed and satisfied overall! But still so many important features still not active, hope they will be available soon. App seems a bit slow in response time. It will be better to see cards visually rather than similar UI for all cards. Other icon looks cool specially bank account one, great job. All service should work smoothly which is the main concern for IBL. Hope they will make sure to do it.
In Fund Transfer, there is no feature of ‘Binimoy’ service in iPhone. Customer care service said to update CellFin but it is already updated.
This is an excellent service to be honest.
I was eagerly waiting for the iOS version of CellFin as I’m a iOS user , every time I wanted to withdraw money i had i to take my moms phone to the booth which was super annoying
So useful for digital banking having tons of options to do.
It’s really helpful for me as a iOS 12.5.5 user.. again thanks them for remove their iOS 13 restriction in CellFin..
