Verification process waste time

The developer or app management section is not knowledgeable! They need lot of time for verification. Still i am waiting 2 weeks but they not verify my account. After add bank account you must need to call the support team. The support team also have limited knowledge or access. They told you wait for another call!
Ibbl has lot of customers. This process is just stupid process for digital banking. Just waste time.
Can’t login to my account

After resetting my phone, can’t login to my cellfin account, after contacting customer care they says due to an security update each time after resetting or uninstalling the app need to go to the bank physically to approve login.
Which is very frustrating, this app meant to make the banking system easy but this system made it worse.
Change this system 😡

I had a very bad experience with this app.. I was trying to add card on this app . Though i put my card number app shows minimum 16digit then I’ve counted the number of digits I’ve found all 16 but it’s not taking my card. There are so many problems on cellfin ios app . Please kindly fix those .
