The directions credit union card app keeps saying error can't update the card information everytime I try to turn off my card or update it's information.

I cannot login to my account on my computer, phone, or tablet. It keeps saying error or website is unsafe. I have bils coming out of my account and need to move money from one account to another and am unable to that if I cannot login.
