I took a CPR test in your establishment, the one covered by my insurance, on Saturday, Jan 8, at 10:42am in order to present when checking in for my flight this morning. Of course, my flight left at 9:00am without me and, according to your app, my test is still being processed. I asked if I could take a later flight today once I got the results, and was told that the next was at 3:00pm and test would no longer be valid (the 72 hours from the time of collection will have expired. My only option is to get another test.

It is hard to understand how a test that can be done in one hour for some, takes more than seventy two for others.

It is very misleading to present this product you offer to travelers, if you cannot get the results in time for them to use them. Furthermore, I incurred in unnecessary expenses: useless trips to the airport, penalties for changing my ticket plus all the stress and aggravation this situation created. This was not a good experience.

Why can we not just use the website. F SamedayHealth. F this horrible prospecting where they are forcing you to install software that runs poorly and does god knows what else to your privacy. This company is supposed to provide health care. Instead their attempt at data-raping everyone unfortunate enough to use their service proves that they are only after profit. If they cut corners with a substandard app and cheat to steal your data by forcing you yo putting their software on your device JUST TO ACCESS YOUR RESULTS should we be concerned they cut corners with everything they do? Is my test result reliable? If there business practices that are publicly facing are any indication their business practices behind the scenes are downright unethical. 0/10 may god have mercy on them. Because I don’t.

Avoid this business like the plague from which they profit.

They do not serve the public good. They serve some CEO who cuts every cost imaginable to deliver the bare minimum serviCE.

Trying to utilize SamedayHealth is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor, and manage/access your account via the website. After multiple attempts to set up a SameDay Health user account on an iPad and an iPhone, I finally gave up.

Here is a step by step walkthrough of what I encountered:

1) On the homepage of SamedayHealth -add the email used to book or confirm the scheduled appointment.

2) After that, you are sent a link via email to create a password. The link will take you back to SamedayHealth and ask you to create a password.

3)Each time I “Created” a password, there was no button to submit or move on to the next step. Each attempt also included a pop-up requesting the user to select or add a password to the SameDay app from the password library on the device.

Finally, I decided to try the SameDay Health website. It was a huge relief to be able to access my pre-booked Covid Testing appointment via their website. I hope the developers fix this because I’m sure SameDay health will deliver the test results to SamedayHealth .

an app isn’t that difficult to design, especially a simple iOS app like this one. Good to see that the UI lives up to that bare minimum qualification. Easy to book appointments, cancel/change, etc. it’s also very easy to look at all of your past COVID test results from this provider in one place. You also have the ability to add your results to your Wallet app on your phone.

I struggled to find a COVID-19 testing center until a friend directed me to your app. Not only did I successfully locate a testing center near me, I was able to book an appointment with such ease that I couldn’t get over it. SamedayHealth is super friendly and easy to navigate through.

I recommend SamedayHealth to anyone who is in need of booking any type of medical services. The options are endless. Simply stated, I love it!!

Honestly, SamedayHealth has been so helpful through this pandemic. Maybe I have not figured out how to keep my insurance info in the application but I have to fill out the information for my insurance and my drivers license every time I book. That should just remain in my profile for easier access and I can edit if either of those change. Thanks!

App was very convenient when I booked appointments in the past. Unfortunately it now just crashes when I try to book an appointment. Been this way for over a month now. I’ve reinstalled and restarted my phone multiple times but still crashes when I try to schedule. Disappointing.

I previously gave SamedayHealth the worst review I’ve ever submitted for a piece of software (and it deserved it!). Almost all of my complaints did get addressed in updates over the following months (still missing, as far as I can tell, is multi-factor authentication), so I am updating my review to match! SamedayHealth is now pretty easy to use and almost never makes me swear at it any more—kudos to the team who worked on it over the past year!

Super easy to book and rebook a COVID test! I have to go constantly for work and this is the easiest COVID testing I’ve done anywhere in the country. I’ve been to a few sites and they are all beautiful, very fast, and the staff is super friendly. They also have some amazing products for purchase at their locations - I got some nice Father’s Day gifts for my dad!

They finally fixed their login issue, and now you can’t even use SamedayHealth OR THE WEBSITE to book an appointment. And there’s no other way to do so, which defeats the purpose of the whole thing. When you click on an available appointment time and press “Continue,” nothing happens. And if you try on the website, it says “please complete all required fields” …even though there are none others on the page. These people are a joke. Save your time and energy and use literally any other testing service.

With Sameday Health you can be guaranteed ease, quality, and a straightforward booking process. With SamedayHealth , booking an appointment can take less than 30 seconds. Simply follow all of the prompts and you’re set! All of your information is safely stored - to access SamedayHealth you must provide your passcode or Face ID. Sameday Health rocks!!

I love this service and have recommended it to everyone in my network! The technology and app are excellent and user friendly! The facility in Georgetown is easy to locate, clean, efficient, and has you in and out quickly after a brief 15 minute wait after a touchless, electronic check in!

I got a text that results were ready but the only link provided was to download an app (I don’t like anything that can only be done on phone and not a computer. I was trying for hours to login on SamedayHealth and never received the confirmation e-mail. Finally I googled what to do if you can’t login and found a website you can also use. That worked immediately, so why do they try to make it like SamedayHealth is the only option?

SamedayHealth doesn’t function properly, even for the most basic tasks. It does not let you book appointments consistently. The only reason to download it is that the company forces you to view your results. It’s disconcerting to know that a company with such low tech literacy has access to a trove of personal medical data.

Update: the company emailed me to tell me that SamedayHealth does work and is all fixed up. It however is not. They also said that they’re fully HIPAA compliant but who knows…

I’m always the first to adopt new apps from up and coming companies. SameDay has been doing really well since they started and now offering new products such as IVs, vitamins shots and more.

Being able to book appointments from SamedayHealth is so much better than the old way of doing things. SamedayHealth def makes me come back more than I would without it.

Def download and give it a try. The covid test are quick, easy and painless. But my fav is the IV drips.

Booking a COVID test could not be easier. The PCR priority test says 16 hour turnaround but I have gotten my results in less than 6 hours multiple times. Super easy and convenient if you need to get tested quickly! Love Sameday Health, they have the best vibes.

Rebooking an appointment has never been easier. SamedayHealth remembers all of my pertinent information so I don’t have to fill the patient intake form in from scratch.
