Can’t login or setup an account It goes over the same procedure over and over. Have not been able to see test results

To resolve Sameday Health network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Sameday Health App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sameday Health » click [Force Stop]

Clear Sameday Health App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sameday Health » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sameday Health.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sameday Health » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sameday Health » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
