What is My Health Toolkit? My Health Toolkit is a mobile application that provides easy access to BlueCross benefits. It allows users to access their BlueCross ID card, view their health plan benefits, check the status of their claims, find doctors and hospitals in their network, and check the balance of their health savings account, health reimbursement account, or flexible savings account. The app is available to members of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina or BlueChoice Health Plan, and some other BlueCross plans.

When I click to MyHealthToolkit it goes to a black screen, after trying to use MyHealthToolkit several times and re-starting the phone without success, I decided to uninstall MyHealthToolkit hoping that after reinstalling it I’d be able to finally get in, but I was wrong! MyHealthToolkit is not in my phone anymore and I can’t even re-download it because the only button available is “open” that doesn’t work BECAUSE IT’S DON’T HAVE MyHealthToolkit !

I was shocked to see 3.0 stars! I actually love MyHealthToolkit, and it has everything about your entire health insurance policy accessible in one app. You see your health claim, pharmacy claims, and even the EOB build into MyHealthToolkit . I rarely have to contact BCBS because of MyHealthToolkit.

I have been trying to find a dentist. MyHealthToolkit (and the website) both say there is no doctors, nurses, dentists, or even hospitals within 20mi. I literally can see multiple hospitals from my window right now. There is no “customer support” option so I can’t ask anyone to fix it, thus this review.

Screw these guys. They don’t care about you or your health. I used MyHealthToolkit to get some cost estimates for basic health needs. They don’t cover a dime of therapy. They only pay $2,000 out of $10,00-$15,000 for childbirth. Whenever I go to an appointment for women’s preventative health it costs me over $100 just for the copay. I absolutely hate them.

MyHealthToolkit had been working very well until this last update. Now MyHealthToolkit crashes before it can fully open. I deleted it and downloaded it again & the same thing happens. It is completely unusable unless something is done to fix it.

Tried to use the “Find A Doctor” on both the website and MyHealthToolkit . Each time a blank page comes up and I have no choice but to close the window and try again. No success and so frustrating. I used zocdoc instead.

I have to type in the password every time I open MyHealthToolkit . In the past I can use my fingerprint to login but now it doesn’t give me that option or save the password .

Terrible. Completely unorganized. Can't even sign in witht he most basic information such as last name and DOB. Customer service is NO help at all. Terrible
