My Health Toolkit® for BCBS Reviews

I have been trying to find a dentist. MyHealthToolkit (and the website) both say there is no doctors, nurses, dentists, or even hospitals within 20mi. I literally can see multiple hospitals from my window right now. There is no “customer support” option so I can’t ask anyone to fix it, thus this review.

When I click to MyHealthToolkit it goes to a black screen, after trying to use MyHealthToolkit several times and re-starting the phone without success, I decided to uninstall MyHealthToolkit hoping that after reinstalling it I’d be able to finally get in, but I was wrong! MyHealthToolkit is not in my phone anymore and I can’t even re-download it because the only button available is “open” that doesn’t work BECAUSE IT’S DON’T HAVE MyHealthToolkit !

Screw these guys. They don’t care about you or your health. I used MyHealthToolkit to get some cost estimates for basic health needs. They don’t cover a dime of therapy. They only pay $2,000 out of $10,00-$15,000 for childbirth. Whenever I go to an appointment for women’s preventative health it costs me over $100 just for the copay. I absolutely hate them.

Love MyHealthToolkit ! Everything I need is right in MyHealthToolkit . Recently my app has been stuck in loading and I can’t get to my information. Once that’s fixed I would definitely rate MyHealthToolkit 5 stars !

I have used MyHealthToolkit for at least a few years, and appreciate it so much! It is so useful for paying my monthly premium, accessing my insurance card, and viewing my benefits & claims, too! I love that this is ALL available right here- in MyHealthToolkit on my phone!

Simple and user friendly app. I use it to review my claims and EOB. Also, very useful to have a digital ID card image available anytime I need it.

I was shocked to see 3.0 stars! I actually love MyHealthToolkit, and it has everything about your entire health insurance policy accessible in one app. You see your health claim, pharmacy claims, and even the EOB build into MyHealthToolkit . I rarely have to contact BCBS because of MyHealthToolkit.

MyHealthToolkit has helped me find everything I need, from mental health to my physical health. It’s easy to use and I love that I can find doctors for what I need them for within my network. No more calling every office to see if they are in network !

Tried to use the “Find A Doctor” on both the website and MyHealthToolkit . Each time a blank page comes up and I have no choice but to close the window and try again. No success and so frustrating. I used zocdoc instead.

MyHealthToolkit had been working very well until this last update. Now MyHealthToolkit crashes before it can fully open. I deleted it and downloaded it again & the same thing happens. It is completely unusable unless something is done to fix it.

I have to type in the password every time I open MyHealthToolkit . In the past I can use my fingerprint to login but now it doesn’t give me that option or save the password .

Worked for me until iOS 12. Liked having benefits easily accessible. Now it crashes as soon as it opens. Any updates planned?

After this latest update Touch ID no longer works. Step backwards. Used to be great to access this data.
