You have taken two payments from me of two different amounts £19.99 & £52.99 today the 14th May 2022 these are for two different plans & I only need one. The £19.99 as that was the one I originally applied for I’m not sure what has happened but I cannot get on to my account either. Please refund me the £52.99, there seems to have been a cross over from applying for the subscription and registering. If I cannot get into my account I woulx like my £19.99 back too please. Look forward to hearing from you.

I got a subscription and the next page that asks for my email as soon as I get to it it just jumps the typing box to the top of the screen and I can’t get that box to come back down or even allow me to type in it
