Please cancel subscription. I tried to cancel in the app but it didnt show up as a subscription and I was charged. The app has not helped me in any way. It has been useless.

Hi. I am not getting my steps recorded. I wear a fit bit. Today I have done 2000 steps it's only 9am. Your app is showing I have done 600.

How I can sync the application with my smart watch... I cannot walk with the phone every time to track the steps. My galaxy watch track steps and workouts... or sync to Samsung Health...

You have taken two payments from me of two different amounts £19.99 & £52.99 today the 14th May 2022 these are for two different plans & I only need one. The £19.99 as that was the one I originally applied for I’m not sure what has happened but I cannot get on to my account either. Please refund me the £52.99, there seems to have been a cross over from applying for the subscription and registering. If I cannot get into my account I woulx like my £19.99 back too please. Look forward to hearing from you.

I got a subscription and the next page that asks for my email as soon as I get to it it just jumps the typing box to the top of the screen and I can’t get that box to come back down or even allow me to type in it
