I am being scammed. I signed up for a trial period in November 2023. I cancelled before the trial was over and I've been being charged $30 a month ever since. I attempted to log into the account. I don't even have an active account - I tried recovering my password and they won't send me a link or temporary password. This is absurd.

I want to cancel my subscription, because I don't recall actually subscribing. I was planning to look up FastEasy again next year, and think about whether to use it. I didn't know I was already charged £53 every 3 months. My bank has now blocked my debit card, and the last amount was not sent. I understand you a have a nutritionist on board and if so the nutritionist should know that not everyone is the same. I've answered all your questions however some didn't quite apply to me. For instance the medication one....no I am not taking those medications however I am taking others for you see I am a kidney dialysis patient with cronic kidney disease. Therefore I may have different needs such as how much liquid intake I consume, or certain foods I can not eat for instance here are just a few kale, spinach, potatoes, tomatoes, dairy, milk, oranges, kiwi, mangoes, and the list goes on. Cancelling subscription is actually easier that I thought. All you have to do is initiate an email through the app itself via the "contact us" button found within your profile. In the email itself, indicate request to cancel in the subject or contents of the email. The automated email from the app includes your userid and app details. They responded right away after I sent the email to confirm cancellation. It was actually very efficient

I got charged for the plan of $25.99 and the $6.99 for the Fat burn guide and the weight loss guide but never received this, i want my money back and I want this cancelled. you said it was easy and it is not and I can not get in contact with anyone.
