Sign in is stuck, no communication with AI to set up day. Tried to reset- nothing. I enter water int.
I want to cancel my subscription to Simple.
Won’t record correct fasting hours.
I can’t set eating/ fasting hours for some reason ( if I set it, it doesn’t save)

I have the app open on my desktop computer and my Iphone. I answered all the questions in both places and almost paid twice for my 7 day trial. The end of all the questions it just stopped and I don't know where to go to set up a password and then access all that Simple provides regarding meals etc.
When setting up the profile in mobile app it won’t accept any weight loss goal-not even 1 lb. I can’t completely set-up.
Every day I use the Simple app and get the correct notifications and screens. But I ALSO get a daily pop-up "too busy for simple yesterday?", as if I had not used the app for 24 hours. Not very nice, and highly irritating.
I cannot add foods. I type the food and it just keeps circling for a long time

The app CRASHED after four days. I paid in full for one year, I’ve tried to contact customer service…. If there is such a thing connected with this app. Very disgusted. I’ll never see my money again or receive help so I’m tracking my fasting hours on my cell phone. Dud? Pretty easy task.
