How to fix BodyFast app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BodyFast app on iPhone
Update BodyFast app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BodyFast iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BodyFast on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BodyFast network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BodyFast Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BodyFast not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BodyFast App
1. On android, goto Settings » BodyFast » click [Force Stop]

Update BodyFast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BodyFast App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BodyFast » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BodyFast.

Fix BodyFast unable to contact server/ BodyFast internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BodyFast » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BodyFast » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BodyFast
