I have screenshots saying it was submitted and emails which say draft is pending, but the money never came out of the bank account.. tried to pay early all to get hung up on several times. It would show the payment was there on MyLoanCare but never went through to bank or anywhere else, ended up having to pay late fees. Not cool. Finally got help on the phone but this needs to be fixed. The bank said there was not any transactions indicating any kind of payment was even pending for my mortgage. So I don’t know who’s lying to me, and the person on the phone was super nice and helpful but couldn’t say either about the screenshots I have, where MyLoanCare tells me the amount and date of when it’ll be paid. Sorry for the long rant but if y’all have an app it should be working correctly. And the website was messed up for me at the time. Now it’s fixed, I just hope y’all can fix this soon.

I’m so glad through those app ratings I can see I’m not the only one struggling with loancare and hating their service. Since my mortgage bank merged with them it’s been a nightmare. Their web wasn’t ready for months so, in order to pay, I had to call and go through that tax 90 something loop for ever before speaking to anyone. They were promising to fix the issues but it still persists. I truly don’t have time to call each month to make a payment. I just want to, as I’ve been doing for all those years, go to the web and spend 5sec making my payments. MyLoanCare is equally horrible and of course does not work, not even letting me add my loan, stating there’s some unknown error (😁). Garbage if you ask me. Don’t waste your time on it. Please don’t respond you’re sorry for my experience. You’re not. You don’t care.

First, I was so happy and excited to see that you guys came up with newly updated app and thought of giving this a one more try after having pathetic experience with last version of MyLoanCare… and guess what, you guys have managed to supersede my past experience and came out with even more pathetic app this time. No matter how many times I try to log in, it won’t let me log in. Called customer service, and they said I have to reset my login and PW. Did that, and still can’t log in. Website works fine for me and I will continue to use website. However I wish my bank never sold my mortgage to you guys, I was so happy with prior mortgage company.. worst feeling in the world to get stuck with whom you don’t want to. Perhaps refinance with another bank would be a solution.

Keep having to sign in constantly to pay 1 bill or to view a document which in itself is horrible. The system keeps pushing me all the way back to the log in each time. This is causing MyLoanCare to display error codes at the sign in or when you select the additional hyperlink to take you to loancare. Every time I try to view the document on MyLoanCare it will not allow me to select view I’ve even downloaded adobe. App is poorly made for such a large company.

So like your website. MyLoanCare does not work. All I’m trying to do is give you people money. I can’t find any option on your website to pay. The only instructions I’m getting are to go to your website. But after that there is no option to pay. And all MyLoanCare does is take me to your website. And your phone number is an endless loop trying to give me info on my 1098 which I don’t need. Get your stuff together please.

The new version of MyLoanCare (2021 July 30) actually lets you log in and works properly now. The refreshed looks are pretty good as well.

There is no point in having a password on MyLoanCare because it won’t let me log in. Every month I have to change it to check anything on the website. This is very annoying and inconvenient.

I downloaded MyLoanCare a couple of days ago and have tried to go in and set up multiple times and it just circles and circles and circles. Very frustrating. I have been very unhappy with LoanCare in general and wish TIAA didn’t move to them. It’s like dealing with a bank from the 80’s.

MyLoanCare worked for a while (about a month ago) just tried today and now it no longer works. No login screen shows up after selecting getting started. Just a blank white screen.

I’ve been unable to access my account on website for months since last “upgrade.”
MyLoanCare is worthless. Doesn’t work. Total waste of time. Hire someone to answer your phone.

I can log in and see the loans on the index page, but when I select a loan I consistently get an error with one and the other is intermittent at best. Unfortunately, their website isn’t much better…

Errors out and won’t even let me attempt to login. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, still doesn’t work, I have been trying to use it for days. How hard is it to make an app

What a waste of time. Came here to download MyLoanCare with the hopes that it would be easy to pay my mortgage opposed to the website which is a nightmare and NOPE it’s just as hard! It’s 2022 get with the updated technology!!

I tried, I really did, many times in a 2+ years span and have not been able to use MyLoanCare, I just logged in to the website just fine, if I try to do it in MyLoanCare is a NO GO. Useless.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Worked for about 2 days and then broke. Have never been able to log in since. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an app. Terrible app and terrible company.

Autopay didn’t work, though I set it up correctly and it shows auto pay is on. I end up being charged late fees. Never happened in my life!

Kudos to the Loancare development team… they successfully released an app that tire Southern California Edison as the worst ever.

All I can do is sign in and then access a page that says I don’t have permission to view my loan specifics. Very impressive, Loancare!!

Are you also on the SCE timeline to correct these issues? If so, I eagerly look forward to viewing my loan info in 2035, hopefully my mortgage is paid off by then.

Tried submitting payment via app. Received confirmation and never went through. Bad app. Don’t use to submit payments.

Have to input credentials every login? Such a pain.

Much like their website it never works.
