My Honest Opinion about this Bank is That It Sucks Donkey Booty! Every Deparment is on it’s own ship , none of them are connected, not even the claims department, A friend of mine sent me Money using Envel to Envel , I even sent money to friends also , I was questioned about those transactions witch I find very Strange , I was trying to get a hold of customer service for many days but kept being sent to chat box & the chat box agent Literally took FOREVER to Respond, They could not even help when they finally responded they Jst closed my account 2 -3 days before my direct deposit with No warning or anything, the system kept saying “Uh -Ooh” or “No Connectivity” every time I logged in, & when I finally logged out thinking that maybe it’s an error & I can try to log back in , I was told My account doesn’t exist or it’s Not active, this is wierd af ! i Recently started using my account, hasn’t even been a month & they already closed my account! Didn’t quite understand how I’m the one trying to get in contact with you guys for help because my account was not letting me deposit any funds via cash app or Apple Pay because I was sent money from a friend using Envel to Envel , definitely not a good enough reason to close my account, but either or I continued to be patient just to lose complete access to my account because apparently thier no real Live Customer Service Support, I called the claims department an was told they Cnt help me , they were only able to process my claim , but my account closes right before my direct deposit and now I lost all of my Money with no one to ask for help! This Is Absolutely Unfair! Whoever runs this bank is in for Mayjor lawsuits from the right person!
