Long Game Rewards Reviews

I loved LongGameRewards and pitched it to my friends for months. It’s effectively tripled the interest rate I had with Varo on a modest amount of funds…then came yesterday morning. That’s what I was using it for: fun games and to increase my yield on a savings account that doesn’t have thousands of dollars in it so I can slowly build up a rainy day fund. All of my favorites are now gone, overnight, and there’s empty spaces where they used to be. I’m forced to play other games I don’t care for that waste way too many of my coins and/or don’t have a chance for any cash…I get a play or two max every day (if the random chance at the beginning gives enough to play at all that day) and my pennies every day or two turned into lucky if I get a penny at all.

Not sure what happened or why all of the matching games were pulled at all bid levels, but it was quite the rude shock when I woke up yesterday. I even deleted and redone loaded in case it was a bug. No dice. Can you fix it or give an explanation, please? I sent a report and haven’t received an answer yet.

The big issue for me was the customer service. Previous interactions with customer service before Varo took over went slow but I could still get a hold of a person. Then my account got hacked, my fault, and I couldn’t get in touch with a person the first time after about an hour and a half. I was on continual hold, and when I tried using the phone tree to connect me another way it gave me a variety of messages. One said it was for checking your balance only to find out after pressing it that it wanted you to go through LongGameRewards .
Second time after about a half an hour I got someone. They verified my account balance with me and said they would freeze my account. The next day, I found out a transaction still went through from my connected bank account to Varo. I tried to call Varo again, but no response after about a 45-minute wait. I used LongGameRewards to close out my account and got my bank to get my money back for me.
BE AWARE that customer service may not be up to standards here!!!!

This is a rip off. They got a new start because crypto when yo so high and they didn’t want to pay out so they ripped people off and closed account without paying. They take your money and then close your account. If you look on their Facebook page you’ll see all the people complaining that no one will respond to their help desk ticket. Same for me. I get the auto apply saying they will reply in 2 days and it’s been 3 weeks. I had bitcoin on my account when they closed it and kept my bitcoin. Don’t waste your money because it will sure be gone!

I’m sure they restarted their company because people win crypto coins and with the price going up like it did they didn’t want to pay out. They stole my crypto that was on my account. One coin is worth almost 50k now so they didn’t want to pay what they owed!

I wouldn’t trust then to save my money. When are they going to decide to restart again and keep your money!

Okay first off I’d like to say that I am a firm believer in most of these types of apps are scams. But I decided to give this one a shot, and I did win. And that’s just the gamble with sites like these, and before this one I never one on any of them. Not sure if it was just a lucky day or what but I did win almost $200 in crypto currency it took about a week but I did get my pay out as promised. Some may win some may lose but that’s just a gamble you have to take. Give it a shot and you may be one of the lucky ones like I was. But I will say since I did win once I have not won again, but who’s to say in the future I won’t, we’ll see and I’ll give an update.

Im a former user from the early days and left when they instituted a monthly fee. I loved LongGameRewards before, bragged about it to everyone, and haven't found another app that comes anywhere close to replacing what it used to be. I do want to return if things have improved, I have never deleted LongGameRewards , I’m just waiting. I came to check reviews to see how it is working out for people and to see if they still had the $3 monthly fee....I am very suspicious of these reviews because there are only 7 (6 from the last month and 1 from 2 months ago) for an app that has been around for years. I suspect they were able to reset their reviews and start with a clean slate. Im very disappointed because I was wanting to gauge how reviews have changed over the last 1-2 years.

It’s really confusing that Long Game gave themselves a fresh start like this, and I think it is a little misleading to new users. I think anyone considering using LongGameRewards should be aware that LongGameRewards has terrrrrible customer service. When they up and closed everyone’s old accounts it took over 5 months for me to get my $400+ Freon them, even after multiple attempts to contact them. It took forever to get responses and when I did, they were incredibly unhelpful. I also haven’t been able to find out where our cryptocurrency went? Nobody can answer me/will answer me, there are no answers on their website. I’m confused and disappointed to be honest. I would not recommend opening an account with LongGameRewards, it seems scammy after all I went through the past few months.

There must be a class action suit here - how many people did they steal crypto from when’s. t hey closed our accounts- they keep saying “unclaimed rewards have zero value” but once I got notice they were closing LongGameRewards they would not allow me to claim or cash out my crypto rewards and customer service was unresponsive. They transferred any cash balance I had to my linked account, there is really no excuse other than greed and theft they did not do the same with crypto.

Shame on you long game- stealing is not a good way to help people save and it really reflects poorly on your company.

Please don’t bother responding with your canned response, this many people with the same complaint deserves better than a canned response.

I started using LongGameRewards right when it came out. Then it took a turn downhill when it wanted you to pay month. Then LongGameRewards lost users (including myself) which caused them to rebrand LongGameRewards . So after the rebrand LongGameRewards comes out and only works for some banks which is fine. There was no fee or goal you had to be at to use LongGameRewards it was free. About a week ago they started making you have money in your account with them before you can play the free game. It is a cool app and all but there is really no point to save money with them for the change to win a penny (you can win more but most of the time it is coins you when to play more games).

I signed up for a new bank account from one of the few choices because my regular bank wasn’t supported. I only put $50 or so in there, intending to have it grow with small deposits here and there. Now, it’s been over a month and I can’t get into LongGameRewards because their Authenticator isn’t working with the bank. Their response was to tell me to sign up for an account with a different bank partner. How about you fix your app instead? I used to love LongGameRewards, but it’s gone way downhill. I’m willing to amend my review if things change, but for now LongGameRewards is for all intents and purposes useless to me.

This is a fun way to save and to win money and points. I gave it a 2 as it freezes during the middle of a game from time to time. I would need to start my phone over or delete LongGameRewards and re-download. Also, winning “500 coins” is useless as you need “1,000” coins minimum to play the game. I believe some of the games are rigged as, when I move in one direction for the bounce game, the ball merges into the opposite direction to keep me away from the “1 million” coin prize. Overall, this is a great app. I have difficulty saving money, but LongGameRewards makes saving money easy and fun.

Long Game has changed the game of financial goals and made it fun for me to save. I have WON MONEY just by playing games! Also, learned about new easy ways to be smart with my money. LongGameRewards is up to date with all the new technologies and has many utilities and rewards that are financially setting me up for success. I have definitely learned about financial literacy in a fun way just by using LongGameRewards .

Well what can I say; I used to enjoy LongGameRewards ALOT, it was fun, it has good games, money flow was steady and great before their update. Now it’s just not worth it to play it any longer. The developers made it EXTREMELY hard to earn coins for a CHANCE for a real reward of 1 penny to the highest I ever got 10 cents in a 6 month period of playing but now you can’t even get a chance. I was gonna leave 2 stars but I feel they got cheap, so I rather just play the real games instead of this, much faster and without of hustle just download and play

You don’t need a lot of money but you are getting money and it being in savings account you’re getting more money than you would if there’s interest but you got to play the game so I like it it’s something to do in your free time

Great app, been using it for a few weeks now. Sign up bonus is epic! Love all the game options. Prizes are a little disappointing sometimes but it’s free money/coins so can’t really complain. Sounds like crypto prizes will be added soon, very excited for that.

At first everything was working ok, connected lili started playing. Lately went to deposit can’t deposit I just get taken to the lili app then no option to deposit into the game. I can barely get the games to load they just sit snd spin. I want to keep playing but it’s not working to great. It’s updated so that’s not the problem.

App shut down months ago.. it told me my money would be sent back to my bank account but never was. have been checking LongGameRewards and it always says please come back later. finally decided to see if it was deleted from existence and was just a scam for my money, find that it’s on LongGameRewards store. now when i try to log in none of my credentials work. so i’m just out whatever money i had in my account i guess.

So glad that Long game is back in action but it’s return seems to have come at a price....where are the crypto games that were the biggest selling point for LongGameRewards ?

Everything was fine until I wanted to deposit. Can’t get past this button that says “open Varo bank to deposit” … and I already did. Why am I still seeing that option. Why can’t I deposit. Please help

I made an account last year. I was putting money in to the account and working to get my saving up for a trip. I just checked on it today and it says Hmm we your account is not in our system. I know for a fact I have the right email and password. I would give LongGameRewards 0 stars if I could. Don’t use LongGameRewards. They stole my vacation fund.

Long game is so simple and fun to use. I love the puzzles game and all of the colors, the art is beautiful. Easy way to make extra pocket money on top of my bank’s interest.

Love the new app and happy to be using Long Game again!
