I am very desappointed whit loan care,i loan 250000 usd to Paul Pietzac loan 23108082935 3 years ago and when i have a question about the monthly payment i contact loan care and get a reply right away,this time I try to contact loan care whit no success,i have no idea what is going on, I dint received the February payment, and I am not even sure about the March payment I send many emails and no reply! I am a Thai citizen living in thailand,I can not registered to the web site because I don,t have what is required for,i can not call because the time change or put on old for ever, my only option is email and now look like they wont even reply,so what i do?just wait! this is not a good customer service,I need to know what is going on!

For the President of LoanCare and/or the Mortgage Resolution Team: My name is Michael Vincent and recently I refinanced with LoanCare and Lakeview Mortgage. I was informed that LoanCare would in no way utilize my Property Taxes (Ad Valorem taxes) that I was due for TY 2021 toward the closing costs. Initially, LoanCare, LLC issued me a check for the amount that I was due. After the check cashing in the appropriate fashion, they later froze that check several days later which has put me and my family at a horrible encumbrance. They did in point of fact utilize the Property Taxes that were due to me toward the closing costs of the new loan. All I am asking for is the money(s) rightfully due to me to be returned Posthaste. I should be enjoying the prospect of a recent refinance of my home, but, alternatively this issue has turned me essentially upside down for the time being.
I am attempting to obtain an accounting for the payoff of my loan - I have tried NewRez, Cashcall, LoanCare - and can not get anything. I have not been able to find a representative to discuss this. I also need to know what documentation I will receive as a result of satisfying the mortgage.

I have screenshots saying it was submitted and emails which say draft is pending, but the money never came out of the bank account.. tried to pay early all to get hung up on several times. It would show the payment was there on the app but never went through to bank or anywhere else, ended up having to pay late fees. Not cool. Finally got help on the phone but this needs to be fixed. The bank said there was not any transactions indicating any kind of payment was even pending for my mortgage. So I don’t know who’s lying to me, and the person on the phone was super nice and helpful but couldn’t say either about the screenshots I have, where the app tells me the amount and date of when it’ll be paid. Sorry for the long rant but if y’all have an app it should be working correctly. And the website was messed up for me at the time. Now it’s fixed, I just hope y’all can fix this soon.

I’m so glad through those app ratings I can see I’m not the only one struggling with loancare and hating their service. Since my mortgage bank merged with them it’s been a nightmare. Their web wasn’t ready for months so, in order to pay, I had to call and go through that tax 90 something loop for ever before speaking to anyone. They were promising to fix the issues but it still persists. I truly don’t have time to call each month to make a payment. I just want to, as I’ve been doing for all those years, go to the web and spend 5sec making my payments. This app is equally horrible and of course does not work, not even letting me add my loan, stating there’s some unknown error (😁). Garbage if you ask me. Don’t waste your time on it. Please don’t respond you’re sorry for my experience. You’re not. You don’t care.

First, I was so happy and excited to see that you guys came up with newly updated app and thought of giving this a one more try after having pathetic experience with last version of this app… and guess what, you guys have managed to supersede my past experience and came out with even more pathetic app this time. No matter how many times I try to log in, it won’t let me log in. Called customer service, and they said I have to reset my login and PW. Did that, and still can’t log in. Website works fine for me and I will continue to use website. However I wish my bank never sold my mortgage to you guys, I was so happy with prior mortgage company.. worst feeling in the world to get stuck with whom you don’t want to. Perhaps refinance with another bank would be a solution.
