Not worth it

When I received my shipping notification dayssss later after purchasing they told me some items got canceled because they were out of stock that’s sad because those items I was most excited about so they had to give me a refund. The quality of the tops are so bad it’s like shein clothes but way more expensive ! The only good quality items were the sweats they were actually soft and thick but the tops were see through and feels like it could be torn so easily. Please note if you’re short like 5’4 under DO NOT buy there pants or any bottoms because the length to their clothing are to high rise & so long on the bottom for a short girl but if you’re Tall the bottoms I bought were pretty good quality. Except one of the pair which wasn’t sown all the way so there was a hole in the pocket but they did offer me 50% refund since they don’t do exchanges. Also shipping cost 10$ no matter how much you buy in the USA but it was quick. Personally not buying from again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM NASTYGAL!

I am trying to return items that do not fit me, but I cannot pay for the return label and keep getting an error message saying there is an issue with my card. However, nothing is wrong with my card. I have tried 3 other cards, and I keep getting the same error message. I have contacted customer service, and they’re telling me I’ll have to pay for the return on my own, which means I’ll be paying more than the clothes are even worth. They are super unhelpful, and their return policies are deceitful and misleading. I told them I would gladly give them my card details so they can process the return on their end, and they said they are unable to. There is clearly something wrong with their website, but yet they have zero interest in helping me out. Poor customer service and terrible cheap clothing. Take your business elsewhere. Everything is always 50-80% for a reason! Cheap and a scam.

I WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF COULD

The clothes look nice on their models! But they actually sell you slightly different and cheaper clothes than the ones you see. I ordered a skirt either a size 0 or xs because it looked super cute in the picture, then when I got it is was realistically a size 6 and had a different number of buttons than the skirt in the picture. I could have used it as a parachute for my small legs! THIS CLOTHING SITE IS A SCAM. I spent close to $400 worth of clothes!!! I wanted to return all of them because they were either super big or super small. One of the shirts i could not even pull past my chest area, the seams started to tear. That shirt was a size small and I’m typically a petite person. I was willing to settle and keep about 5 items. Then I realized that their refund policy stated that you must return 30 days since the items shipped (not arrived) well my time was already up because the shipping had taken so long.

Poor Quality, Challenging Retuns

Just like the previous reviewer, I got an email 4 days after my order that an item was not available. Of course it was the piece I was most excited about. About 23 days from order date I received my package. I’m trying to return 3 of the 7 items I ordered. The “download label” for returns just takes me back to “initiate return.” After 3 attempts I clicked on “need help” and “contact us” and again after 3 attempts of clicking on both for the screen to lock up I gave up. Blazers were cheap fabric with bigger shoulder pads than I ever saw in the 80’s. A sweater I’m keeping appears very similar sweater I paid triple the price for. Hopefully it still will after I wash it. I’ve finally accepted that you get what you pay for.

100% DISSATISFIED

After ordering from Nasty girl several times, there’s always been an issue w/ the order..the first order had three cheaply I’ll made garments..the second or some garments were again cheaply made didn’t wanna bother w/ returns so I used as cleaning clothes...I ordered for Christmas well in advance didn’t get package til a wk after Christmas and all they can say not our fault..half the garments in this package were gifts I’d planned to take to SC, but nope I didn’t get to give some family gifts w/ explanation, so I finally get the package yesterday and almost half the order is wrong size!!. And some looks cheaply made w/ cheap material!! CUSTOMER SERVICE..NOT SO MUCH..forget abt talking to a live rep....I think it’s time to take my money and business else where..I ADVISE YOU TO SAVE YOUR MONEY TIME AND TONS OF FUSTRATION!!!..not the way I do business!!! GOOD RIDDANCE NASTINESS!!!!

So many bugs/incompatibilities with new Apple update

Clicking some product items doesn’t click through to the product detail page. When editing the billing info, I can’t click save information with out clicking “next” through every field to save. When trying to to see how I can not pay for shipping, it directs me to a blank page. Overall I was able to check out and buy but it was clunky and I couldn’t see certain products through NastyGal that I had to view on web. Was supposed to get an extra 20% for using NastyGal and when I added it to cart it took off…. $0.60 from a $70 order. Uninstalling app immediately

Fast fashion is embarrassing.

It’s disgusting that this company (and many many others) are selling clothing at THIS low of quality for these prices. I’ve placed multiple orders and I have been thoroughly shocked at how terrible the material and design is. Crooked, misprinted, you name it. It’s practically theft what they’re doing. Advertising one thing and sending me cardboard and paper sewn together with a cheap design. I’ve literally opened up orders just laughing in disbelief. ‘Everything is 60% off!’ But items all have different and much higher original prices than they did last week. It’s so sad. It really is. Don’t waste your money! Go to a local shop and support your community. Same prices, insanely different quality AND experience.

Hit or miss, needs better shipping and review system

NastyGal itself is pretty user friendly and functional. But I think the clothes are hit or miss. They really need to work on their shipping and updating the shipping information. I’ll get an estimated delivery date only for the items to arrive 2 weeks late. This has happened 3 times so far. So I’d be aware of that. Another thing I find weird is that there isn’t a place to read reviews OR write a review for an item. So you’re kind of just taking a shot in the dark on if the items are quality or not or what the fit is actually like. It would be great if there was a section to rate items.

Never received a refund

I actually really like the clothes and wanted to order more in the future. I wanted to return some jeans I loved for a smaller size. But had no idea it’ll be such a hassle afterwards! My main problem is their customer service. When I mailed back my returns it said I’ll receive my refund in a couple of days. Then I emailed them back about never receiving my refund after 2 weeks. They did say they did receive my returned items back but since I purchased through afterpay that I’ll have to contact afterpay instead. Once I contacted afterpay they told me to contact this app! They’ll both just email you back and forth and it’ll go nowhere! I’ve never returned an item before and did not receive my money back! Such a rip off!

Sizing is unreliable

There sizes each item is so sporadic that it’s almost a gamble buying from them. I am usually a us 2. However this store tends to run small so I follow the sizing of the models. I order like 6 items all in a size 6. And each item ranged in size of too small or too big. One coat I bought in a size 2 was too big for someone who wore a size 16! And they refused to waive shipping.
Honestly too much of a gamble to shop freely if you have to pay the cost of return shipping. Definitely not worry free shopping . Your better off purchasing shoes since those sizing is much more accurate

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

After having my package mailed to my billing address, not my shipping address, NastyGal failed to inform me my package arrived early… normally a good thing, but since the window for reporting missing items is so short and they based it on the delivery date which was early, by the time I was able to track down my package and get it, this window had passed. Nasty gal refused to resend the missing item that was less than $20. To them, it’s nothing. Especially on an order almost $300. I’ve always been a loyal customer to nasty gal even with the poor quality clothing that comes damaged, in terrible packaging, and improperly sized… very unfortunate they will be losing my business and my clients that I recommend as well.

Garbage

Edit: They are now saying I have disputes open with PayPal and can not refund me. I have opened no disputes at all. This store is a scam, don’t waste your time and money!

To start, the clothes are awful quality for the price. Everything looks and feels cheep. They also don’t fit true to size in any way. Every pair of shoes I tried where far too big, and I’d course I wear the smallest size the have. Nothing fits if you have even the remotest hint of boobs.

But what makes me the most mad is that they’re stealing money. I placed four different orders, I returned everything due to reasons above, and they’re refusing to refund the shipping cost, nearly 40 bucks. Never mind that the process of shipping took so long and that the returning took even longer, most every retailer out there does free shipping over like, 50 bucks, if not 100. Even then, never in my life have I not been refunded in full when returning WHOLE orders. Customer satisfaction who? this app doesn’t know.

This is why their clothes are always at such a discount, because they're garbage and they know it.

Can’t even place my order

I had such high expectations that I really thought I was going to be leaving a positive review about the clothes after I got them. I can’t even buy the clothes due to a error in the system, according to one of their live chat representatives.
The website glitched the first time I tried to place my order, and told me my card was declined. After 3 more cards and checking my account balances, I determined it definitely was not a problem on my end.
The worst part about it, is that currently there’s and 80% sale going for the next 5 hours. The live chat representative told me my best bet was to wait 24 hours and try again.
Bad service, and bad quality.

Finally purchased!!

this app,
I was having so much trouble purchasing these items on your website even though I logged in. I did email to complain about it. It took 3 days for me to actively try and get these items. I finally downloaded your app and my cc finally went through! I hope you get your website fixed. I tried to purchase a few more items but because of the delay those items were gone.

Stylish but poor quality

I started ordering from this app in 2019. I was really excited about the vast options and the style and the price point but the boots (I can only speak on the boots as that’s all I’ve ordered) fall apart. I’ve had two pairs so far where the soles fell apart and the glue separated within two weeks. They offer a small refund (20%)but no replacement of the items which they should. If you’re looking for something unique looking and affordable buy buy buy. If you’re not okay with your shoes falling apart run run run.

Expect Lost Packages and No Refunds

I really didn’t want to leave this review because in the past Nasty Gal has been reliable. But, the customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. NastyGal glitches out, tracking numbers do not work, and customer service is just useless. I was told a package was indefinitely postponed, and whenever I go in NastyGal it says the packages were not delivered. But costumer service told me it was and refused to give a refund or even look into the issue. The clothes are cute but I just lost 200 dollars because of this. If you’re willing to gamble your money go ahead. I will not be ordering from them again.

Zero stars if I could

First off the tracking is way off. I ordered my items may 25 and They were expected to arrive around JUNE 4th I did not receive them until the end of June. I tried to be patient because of COVID-19, but no updates or emails or anything about a delayed package? When I went to tart the return process it was also slow with no updates and now I’m staying on top of them about a refund, but they’re saying for me to wait till the end of JULY to then ask about it again? Once this is settled it will be easy to never spend a coin with this company again. First and last purchase.

Trouble with Wishlist

I love the clothes, but I haven’t been able to see the items on my wishlist for a while now. It’s a bunch of empty pictures with a $0.0 cost. I’ve tried re downloading NastyGal & logging back on a few times, but it doesn’t help. They only way I can see them is when I log into the browser.

I was also wondering if you guys would consider re-stocking items! And if you already do, could there be an option where you can add your email to a specific item to get notified when it comes back.

I haven’t had too terrible of an experience with the clothes themselves, however NastyGal is ridiculous. Everytime i try to check out it tells me there was an error and completely clears my cart so i have to go searching for everything i just found all over again. i have never been able to successfully order off NastyGal i always have to do it through the website. The clothes are what you expect from a website like this, the quality isn’t as bad as everyone says but with the bathing suits i would be careful.

Needs a few bug fixes

I’m pretty sure none of the clothes that I add to my wishlist even make it there, because a) I cannot see anything I’ve liked in the past it just shows a bunch of white boxes with no images, and b)I’ve had to re- add things to my wishlist that should already be there all the time. When I try to add things it also takes a long time or it may take a few tries for the item to get added. My last quip is simply that I think we should be to swipe back and forth through pages instead of ALWAYS having to use the back button

Just a few tweaks

It’s a good app overall but there are some features that would streamline usage. When browsing through clothing we should be able to favorite/wishlist/❤️ from the list page instead of only on the items individual description. Also favoriting without having to select the size. Especially when there’s only “one size” for a product. Also, products in different colors are all listed individually, it would be great if all colors could be in the same listing.

Payment issues

I have tried to purchase the 7 items in my cart for days now hoping the system would fix the glitch. It started with NastyGal letting me get all the way to the pay now button after putting in all my card info and it said something in my cart was out of stock and then wouldn’t tell me what was. Then I tried on the website via safari and it said 5 different times that my card was declined. Meanwhile I used my card prior and after this attempted purchase. I was really hoping to get some new clothes. Come on Nasty Gal I’m trying to give you my money why won’t you take my money !

Great product, horrible app.

I love shopping here so I decided to download NastyGal and it hasn’t been a real good turn out. It empties my cart randomly or whenever I switch to another app so I have to go through EVERYTHING to find the items I’ve already located. It also does this thing wear it says my cart is empty but the number of items in the cart will appear. Idk it’s just been frustrating when I thought this would be way easier. Nice clothes though.

This app is great but..

When trying to find my sizes is certain products I tend to go to refine to make it faster. However, even when I do that either the right products doesn’t show up or the products with 10 and 12 sizes doesn’t show. Idk if it’s a problem with my phone but I’m steering away from that now and thinking it’s a server problem of some kind. Please get this sorted out, I want to buy clothes from you guys!😩

Glitching It Together

Alright so I love Nasty Gal, the clothes are so A+ but NastyGal has been logging me in and out of my account while on NastyGal and it said “Internal Server Error” when I tried to log in on NastyGal , but was able to log on using the same account info on Safari. Can’t Use App

On my brand new iPhone XS and my 4 year old iPad, NastyGal can’t function for more than a few minutes without crashing. On the phone, both clicking “wishlist” and clicking “log in” crash NastyGal , while looking at crushes and trying to add them to cart crash the iPad. Wish I could actually shop on my phone; I might be buying them!

I love nasty gal so much! So many things and shipping is fast, I do recommend using Crome as the search engine it’s much more responsive and the website runs better, but buying and returns make it so easy to get everything I love and sizes I need!!
