2 years agoBelow is a letter that I sent to icare location people to discontinue their service ending my free trial so that they do not charge me and I have not heard from anyone yet. Please help me. Thank you. To whom this concerns: I am Kim Mills 1636135842350. As I started in my text messenge 44398 on Friday Nov 5th that I want to UNSUBSCRIBE from your service which means that I am CANCELLING my account and subscription as of now. Please note that I have DELETED my account using this phone number 7343065588 Acct user id number 1636135842350. Please take note that I am no longer a subscriber after Nov 5 12:15p Friday.

2 years agoI don’t want this service. I left an email weeks ago requesting that this subscription be canceled and not add any charges to my account. Well you ignored my request and charged my account today. Also what is the phone number to iCare because it’s no where to be found on the internet.

Misleading advertising
The app does track other people who have the app (both have to pay for it) however it will not track anyone without it. You can invite people but that wasn’t how it was advertised. You have to make an account to see how the app works. Once I realized what it was I canceled my subscription (settings, click name at the top, subscription should be the last of the first group of options). After canceling my subscription I went to go delete my account and it won’t let me. I turn off share location and notifications and all that fun jazz; once I back out and open it again the app turns them back on. Haha someone definitely is being tracked with this app and it’s the idiots like me that download it.

I think you are pretty righteous to make a comment such as that but you could have a crazy ex girlfriend following you you could have a crazy ex boyfriend hire a PI get photos and follow people and all that’s legal and you make a mockery of people assuming that they can get this information they can get this information what’s manipulative is how they get you to spend Money on the site without really telling you how you can do certain things in other words it never mentions you need to send text messages to people in order to get the information we all know no one is going to validate a text message with a link if they don’t know what it is who would do that especially in this day and age

You can’t see/know where anyone else is unless they also have the app downloaded lol. Don’t waste your time with this useless app. If your significant other has to download the app, then obviously they won’t lol. The point they portray is that you subscribe and once subscribed you can search any number and get a general location. And when you type in the number and click search. A message pops up and says oh can’t find that person how about inviting them to the app. Lol so stupid. I tried a handful of people, even tried my friends number who lives next door and still gave me the same message. Like I said before don’t waste your time with this
