Why does my phone keep saying my billing info is wrong

I could not be able to do my assessmnet in Med Round- History Drug ,PRN, Follow up progress section. At last part of this session in after enter promazine syrup amount, then the software became stuck. I cannot do anything after that,I did 20times this section ,but the same problem arise everytime. All other 24 modules I did without any problem, only this part make me difficult. I need to do this assessment ASAP.

How to fix iCare app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iCare app on iPhone
Update iCare app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iCare iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iCare on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iCare network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iCare Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iCare not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iCare App
1. On android, goto Settings » iCare » click [Force Stop]

Update iCare to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iCare App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iCare » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iCare.

Fix iCare unable to contact server/ iCare internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iCare » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iCare » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iCare
