Download Jeroid and completed the registration and I decided to use it for the first time and trade bitcoin and I deposited in the wallet and it fully received the funds and didn’t display it on the balance and after reporting they said they send email to everyone about the minimum amount of bitcoin deposit and I repeatedly checked my email and I got nothing no notification or any email concerning the amount of bitcoin to be deposited and now they said my deposit is gone and non- refundable , and after tracking the transaction it says it has arrived in a wallet which is not even in the system yet it received the non refundable amount which means this is just a scam and a fake application that is only after taking from the user that has no idea how it works, worst application ever worst , for people who are planning on getting Jeroid please don’t do it for your money protection. Even has the most rude customer service ever

If you have funds on NGJ account you can’t use it as yours anymore even if you want to buy bitcoin from them they will start giving you stupid notifications that you can’t buy funds at this moment why ? it up to one month they didn’t allow me to use my funds to buy bitcoin on they’re NGJ account I still want to try this mf app to buy airtime on my phone on Sunday dose Werey Dey tell me that I don’t have money with them and am seeing my account balance up with funds you don’t judg your life as your people dealing with you stupid and scam app. #THISAPPISSCAMSTOPMAKINGUSEOFIT🚫

Trade gift card on Jeroid at your own risk. The live chat on Jeroid is trash and they won’t sort any issue for you if you had one. And fyi ‘No one paid anyone to write a bad review here and I have my own business too’ If this scam didn’t happened to me I won’t come here to vent

My first btc transaction on Jeroid was swallowed because how on earth would $19 gone because it was a low amount of money which wasn’t be on other apps. Jeroid was introduced to me and I was told that once verification is done you can take as long as $10 and that was all my mindset or can I ever think that would happened? I was pained actually because twas a whole lot of money esp right now that I’m broke😢I deleted Jeroid and forgot about it but can’t forget about my lost fund anyways

Steps to Report an App on Jeroid Store:

I think there should be more transparency and more ease for customers to be able to get their funds even if not in the appropriate trade volume.
I feel disgusted about how I was rejected and reaped off a $100 Steam card when it’s obvious that the card was loaded by the handler all because I opened a $50 trade for a $100 card which was a card mistake which is supposed to be fixed without making the both party lose nothing..
It’s a big mess on this app to see how his app isn’t transparent enough to fix the issue like that when it is all noted on Jeroid (GiftCard uploaded on a wrong channel will be transferred to the appropriate channel and treated at the current rate in that channel,) I think with the exact phrase I shouldn’t be reaped off ..! It should be treated with transparency

Jeroid could be one of the best apps you have ever traded, but the problem with Jeroid is that when someone trades and tries to withdraw money, the problem starts. Sometimes It will say that someone has to wait for 30 minutes so yall have to work on this particular issue because you are really losing a lot of people who are trying to partner with you but unfortunately this issue is unbearable and I am tired of Jeroid so I hope you can work on these issues. I refer some of my friends to Jeroid but at least I felt insulted that Jeroid is not reliable.

I just registered on Jeroid and I’ve been trying to verify my bvn but to no avail. To top it off I traded some coins on Jeroid to naira and I’ve been trying to make withdrawal but they keep telling me to wait for 30mins. I’m highly disappointed my money is stuck on Jeroid it’s like I can neither go forward or backward with this. You people need to do a lot of work with your app.

App itself is easy to maneuver and very useful but what I don’t get is why the server is always down to withdraw my money but it’s never down when I want to deposit !!!!! It’s annoying and sometimes can take up to 2 hours waiting before I’m able to successfully withdraw funds. Please fix your server overload issues before I take my business else where.

I’ve used Jeroid so far I enjoy Jeroid but this time I just don’t understand I deposited #3200 naira to buy bitcoin because I had a deposit of $20 bitcoin but $18 reflected and I can’t trade below $20 after I deposited the 2300 naira it’s just been saying error while

Your trading system is very interesting and enjoyable, but one thing I don’t enjoy out of all your services is when one trades on your app. If I’m to withdraw my fund. It will have me deducted #200 per withdrawal which is supposed to not be like this. We do use other platforms too and they don’t charge us this much per withdrawal, they charge only #10 even though some didn’t charge a dime for withdrawal, so please help us work on this, I believe you ppl can do better. Jeroid was introduced to me by my friends but I did not check it out until I saw it again on Jeroid Store and since then I have been using Jeroid with no problem at all I trades my gift cards and coin with no problem at all

I traded my Apple gift cards on your app and I got scammed two $50 cards. I have promised myself never to use your app again this is my first time trading my card on your app I only trade bitcoin but with this that just happened to me I will never trust your app again cause you guys are scam or maybe people you put in charge of redeeming cards.
