Download this app and completed the registration and I decided to use it for the first time and trade bitcoin and I deposited in the wallet and it fully received the funds and didn’t display it on the balance and after reporting they said they send email to everyone about the minimum amount of bitcoin deposit and I repeatedly checked my email and I got nothing no notification or any email concerning the amount of bitcoin to be deposited and now they said my deposit is gone and non- refundable , and after tracking the transaction it says it has arrived in a wallet which is not even in the system yet it received the non refundable amount which means this is just a scam and a fake application that is only after taking from the user that has no idea how it works, worst application ever worst , for people who are planning on getting this app please don’t do it for your money protection. Even has the most rude customer service ever

I think there should be more transparency and more ease for customers to be able to get their funds even if not in the appropriate trade volume.
I feel disgusted about how I was rejected and reaped off a $100 Steam card when it’s obvious that the card was loaded by the handler all because I opened a $50 trade for a $100 card which was a card mistake which is supposed to be fixed without making the both party lose nothing..
It’s a big mess on Jeroid to see how his app isn’t transparent enough to fix the issue like that when it is all noted on the app (GiftCard uploaded on a wrong channel will be transferred to the appropriate channel and treated at the current rate in that channel,) I think with the exact phrase I shouldn’t be reaped off ..! It should be treated with transparency
