How to fix Lob app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lob app on iPhone
Update Lob app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lob iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lob on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lob network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Lob app issues:

Force Stop the Lob App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Lob app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Lob to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lob App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Lob app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Lob.

Fix Lob unable to contact server/ Lob internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Lob » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Lob » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lob on android.
